:rotfl: No-one got threatened :cool:. If I was you I'd try them again. I was surprised to hear back from them after reading the posts on here. You never know they may have some new staff working for them who are nice!!!

Hi, has anyone noticed vivatic have taken their contact us button away? I've been having an issue with them where some of the toluna surveys are not being credited. in the past I've contacted them and been credited manually, but the last couple of weeks have been total radio silence. I've used the trouble ticket I originally opened, and have emailled [EMAIL="info@vivatic.com"]info@vivatic.com[/EMAIL] but no reply. anyone know any other addresses?(I'm not on facebook or twitter so can't contact them that way, but I've noticed they haven't been updated for months either)

It's at the very bottom in a grey box, under "Support".

If the answer to your question isn't there, further down is a part that says "Need further help? Get in touch using the below form" and then fill in the form.

They don't make it easy to contact them though as I found out a few weeks ago, but they did get back to me pretty quickly.

It's ok, I get surveys regularly. As long as you log in and try a survey often then it all adds up and they won't close your account. I've made £285 with them and I joined in 2011. I probably don't do it as much as I could but that's because of work, homelife, etc getting in the way

I think so, I've made £180 since I joined in November, £20 per month. of course earning there means you are not having the credit added to toluna or populuslive or whoever, but I prefer the relatively low cash out compared to the other sites.

Thanks. The only reason I would want to join Vivatic is because they might have UK-only Crowflower tasks.

Do they have the Fisher and Casino tasks? If so, how much do they pay out?

Thanks for that message. I decided to contact them again about my £11 that was deleted earlier this year and this time got a nice friendly e-mail and the amount reinstated! Result!
