Looks like they got too big for their boots, it all started going pear shaped when the payment was increased to £25

I then found i would be doing a survey for populus on 2 or 3 different things and only getting a £1.

Deleted my account and unsubscribed from their mailing list

I joined a few weeks ago and I'm not even halfway to payout yet. I get screened out of most surveys and a lot of the ones that do get completed don't credit.

I think I'll make a concerted push to get to minimum payout over the next couple of weeks, and then do the same as you and close my account in the new year. That site isn't a good way to spend your spare time IMO.

Vivatic is now just a big waste of time. The "surveys" are getting longer and longer before they screen me out- many are not just asking demographic info either. They get their survey done and don't have to pay for it!
I'm on £9 and cannot even get a survey to do to get me any higher (been on Vivatic for a year now and for the first 6 months did really well) so no payout for me!
Plus Vivatic continually email me saying "take a survey now!" after I've been on the site and there are actually no surveys available.
Id like to pack it in- but then I'd like my £9 - I've really, really earned it! But then that's how they keep us all dangling!

I've had those emails for as long as I've been with them, complete waste of space. I don't know if the surveys you are choosing have any effect but I only do the Populous and New Vista ones and very rarely screened out once a survey is underway.
  • No! you don't get anything thru the mail! It's all done in the virtual world.
However, there are sites out there, where you can get 'freebies'
One day I just tapped 'get free stuff' in to GOOGLE and it came up with a site that has furnished me with loads of freebies thru the post..... BUT you have the discression to decline further marketing from them or their partner sites..(ie. sell on your info)
    Good luck,

Um, what has that got to do with Vivatic? Hope it's not a thinly veiled attempt at spam :naughty:
  • I am surprised to see the negative comments (well I only read the last page though). I've been with them a while, and they always paid out without a problem.
The threshold used to be 10£ and is now 25£.
I cash out every few months, but then again I don't do them as often as I should and I only ever try the two 1£ surveys on there.

I've been with them for since the start of the month and have done a couple of the surveys and also some of the low paid tasks that you have to do to release their writing jobs. Got £4 yesterday for posting a review on a review website.

That sounds good, you know I will have to venture further than just doing the surveys. I'm going to have a look at these tasks/jobs.

The tasks you have to do are mind numbingly boring (for example identifying whether a location on a Google map matches an address and whether it is residential or commercial) and they only pay pennies.

It says you have to satisfactorily do 50 tasks, but I have done a lot less than that and jobs are starting to appear for me - although there do seem to be a number of jobs that I don't yet have access to (menu currently says about 30 jobs, but I've only got 1 available).

I'm up to £9 odd since the start of the month, which is made up of the review job, a few of the surveys and the penny tasks.

I registered with Vivatic about a month ago and accrued £16. However, I hadn't been on their website for a couple of weeks and when I did return they told me that they had paid me too much money and now I am down to £8! I am very disappointed!
