I am just waiting for them to send me £25 and then I closing my account. They keep sending me emails saying there are loads of surveys and when you go there are none to do.0

hi, i just joined the vivatic site. i tried to do some surveys but they tell me they have enough people with my criteria and they dont av surveys for me to do.
i wonder if i have to go to the vivatic page and check if the surveys are for me or they will send me email when they av a survey thats accurate for me to do
i wonder because it takes about half an hour with filling me details to check if theres anything avaible and then it appears theres nothing so it seems to be a waste of time...
thanks for any replies0 -

thanks for any replies. Oh and don't rely on Vivatic emails to inform you of a survey, their emails are about as much use as a chocolate fireguard.

I was with these and had an email from then saying that my balance would expire in around 7 days. As I was a fair was off checkout, I promptly closed my account. Not suffering any of that nonsense.0

When I was searching for jobs on the jobisjob website the other day I noticed an ad for Vivatic and thought it sounded quite interesting. When I clicked through to their site it states at the top of the page "as featured on Money Saving Expert". This kind of led me to believe it was more of a real job opportunity than it actually is.
I suppose they are not lying by saying they feature on MSE, but having read through all of these pages it is clearly far from an endorsement!
There seem to be a growing number of these websites where you get paid for carrying out "simple tasks and surveys". Some of them are indeed legitimate and they do pay when you reach the required threshold. But the bad news is that unless you are very selective, you can end up spending hours working on these tasks - most of which pay less than £0.50 per hour. As more people are joining and being prepared to work for this amount the rates for the tasks are in some cases getting lower and lower.
It is not uncommon to find tasks within websites like Vivatic that pay less than 5p each but take in excess of 10 minutes to complete. You can pretty much guarantee that the people commissioning these tasks will be earning a whole lot more than this!
Sadly whilst people are prepared to work for these ridiculously low amounts, sites like Vivatic will never provide a way for people to earn any kind of semi serious money.0 -
I unsubscribed from Vivatic's constant emails trying to sell me stuff, and so did not remember to log in as regularly (and if I did there were never any surveys to do). Consequently, when I logged in last week I found my balance of £13 has been wiped (they say they emailed me a warning - they didn't) and although I sent them a polite request to have the funds reinstated, I have had no reply.
I've used them for about a year and was doing reaonably well, until the surveys started to dry up and the payout threshold was upped to £25.
I don't advise anyone to sign up with Vivatic; poor, or non-existent earnings, lack of surveys so you cannot get to the payout threshold and then basically stealing any small amount of earnings we can make!
MSE should perhaps check how their reputaion is being used here, as the previous poster says - their "feature" on this MSE thread is certainly not an endorsement!

I have been with Vivatic for a few weeks.
I am frequently 'bounced' from the invited surveys after giving basic info from my profile.
I have noticed that I am sometimes then redirected to another survey, but they do not give any indication of the reward due for that survey!
Since I have completed a number of these surveys, after redirection, yet my reward total has barely increased at all!
I am suspecting that the surveys I am redirected to are not paying me at all!0 -
Today I got an email from Vivatic saying "You Haven't Increased Your Balance in 5 Days Nigel | Get Earning Again Now!"!!!
It further proves that, despite completing a number of surveys, I am not getting rewards, because they are redirections!!!0 -
There are plenty of good survey sites out there,Vivatic isn't one of them.As Mrs Money says,avoid.0

Hi, I joined Vivatec recently (before reading this thread
)and managed to get a writing test, which I stupidly messed up because it was too short. Please could anyone tell me if the writing test will come up again, ie I can have another go or is that it?
Also, on average how long is it taking people to reach £25?!
Many thanks!0
