• I also did the long Populus survey JDPower, along with two others and spent at least an hour only to find none were credited or have been since.I'm also due £25 this week but there's obviously a doubt hanging over that now.:(

Someone please call an ambulance for Vivatic...
I am also due £25 this week, have to wait and see. Also did that long survey and nothing credited.
• I don't know if any of you noticed an indication of a problem during the now infamous long Populus survey.I can't remember if it happened at 40,50 or 60% completed but no matter, the counter jumped back to 1% and stayed there til the end of the survey...?

Thanks also for the link Verityboo, worth a try I suppose. :)

Another one who's not been credited for surveys over the last few days. Vivatic has always credited instantly in the past, even over the weekend. It's a bit annoying as I'm a few pence off claiming but I suppose we'll just have to see what happens in the next few days.

Updated: Looks like it's working again now - Vivatic have now credited survey amounts so I've requested payment for the end of December. Vivatic is one of the best paying survey sites (when it's working) for me along with Valued Opinions and MySurvey so I'm pleased it's come back to life!
• Quick - the writing test is up until 2.00!!
• Argh, can't believe I've missed the writing test again!

Joke's on them I suppose, I'm a PhD student in English. They're missing out on a professional-level writer.

It stayed at 1% right from the start to the end of the survey for me. I have had £1 credited to my account now, presumably for that survey as I've deliberately not done any since.

Oh and as someone earlier mentioned, when I put in an enquiry about it I also got the message there had been no survey completions when clearly there had been. Seems like yet another Vivatec site glitch.

Joke's hardly on them if they've a full panel of writers ;)

Guess they haven't if they keep reopening the test.
• I received the following reply from Vivatic, having reported the non-crediting of four surveys done over the weekend:

Vivatic Customer Services customers@vivatic.com 3:56 PM (9 hours ago)
Dear member, Thanks for your investigation query regarding non-credit for surveys you completed over the past few days. We have had a large volume of completions over the last few days and we have only just cleared the backlog. You should now see your account balance has been updated and will reflect all the surveys you completed. Any investigations through our system have now been cleared so if you feel your new balance is incorrect please file another [query] and we will investigate further. Regards,

So, their reporting system works and they do take note. Three cheers!

You posted that at 1:35pm so 25 minutes ?

They really don't want many new writers do they ? :)
