  • I think the regular points accumulation/payouts may be a thing of the past unless they sort all this nonsense out. It's so disappointing as they were such a reliable site until recently.

I haven't been able to access a New Vista survey for over a week let alone qualify,I continually get a "wrong security code entered" message which is cobblers.I got only 2 Populus surveys, one of which was an unusual mobile phone questionnaire which I couldn't complete!

Despite it's quirks and the regular complaints I was quite happy with Web Sourcing until recently,it was a steady earner, however I'm just getting the exact same survey offers from them every time which are mostly non qualifiers. One was on BBC radio of which I am an avid fan and listener,it gathered all my answers, took a chunk of my time then shafted me at the end.Lovely.

Good on those who have complained to Vivatic,I'm afraid I haven't bothered as yet.Surely they're aware by now their system is screwed up?

I get that all the time too, nearly always takes three or four attempts entering details before it accepts them (glad I'm not alone in this). Though to be fair, that's not Vivatic's fault, that's a fault of New Vista. PITA all the same.

I got paid for the juice survey that was causing all the grief at the weekend. I hope everyone else did too.

No- I've not been paid for the juice survey- messaged them through their FAQ contact section and they've just got back to me - an automated message just with the link to the contact message form again!

I couldn't fill in the "which survey company" section I didn't know which it was - I could only see a logo "qubiq", I think it was, on the bottom of the survey (which I did include in my message to them) so of course Vivatic are saying it will be another survey company not accessed through their site???
Really fed up with it now, Vivatic used to be a reliable earner- not so much now. I am way past the £25 pay out but can't get it until the end of December.

Yes, I asked for payment about a week ago and saw the message that I would be paid at the end of December. (and in the past they've often taken around 3 or 4 days to actually do it even then).

Payments are made at the end of the month that you request it.

Payments are made on the last day the following month so a request made today will be paid on the 31st January. Much slower than before but at least they give a definite date on which the payment will be made - much better than a lot of survey sites
  • I'm having real problems taking the New Vista surveys. Everytime I enter the Security Code it comes up as Incorrect Security code' despite the fact I've entered the right code. It will eventually work after about 12 attempts. Very frustrating when once I don get through I get screened out. Does anyone else have this problem. It's the same in IE and Firefox.
