Unfortunately no solution other than everyone complaining to New Vista and Vivatec but at least you know it's not a problem your end.

Okay - more problems now. The last 3 surveys I have done have not been credited. The one major difference to these 3 is that I used Google Chrome as opposed to using Internet Explorer. Has anyone else had problems using Chrome?

I've not had anything from Populous for ages and New Vista surveys seem to be few and far between at the moment. Web Sourcing is now only updating payment every week, so if you've done the surveys with them it may just be that they have not updated yet. I'm still waiting for a few. I can't speak for Google Chrome though, I've done mine through internet explorer.

The writing jobs seem to take forever to be approved at present (I know it's Christmas but is seems to have been like this for the last couple of months - although I did have a couple approved on Boxing Day!) and there have been no new writing jobs for a while - may just be the time of year though.

I have now had four surveys that have not been credited grrr! As I recall they were all Web Sourcing and I know they are now only paying out every Tuesday according to the website but it's now Thursday (or technically very early Friday morning...) and my surveys from last week have not been credited. I'm hoping this is because of the Christmas holidays and that it'll be sorted in the New Year. I won't be doing any more surveys for them until it is rectified though.
