Well I ended up telling a fib, considering i'm single !
*edit*
Just doing another one and had a question "Do you still think men should ask their prospective father in law's permission to marry their daughter?" (or words to that effect).
Of course I said yes0 -
I just took one of the new Toluna surveys, fully completed it, only to be sent back to a page that told me I had not qualified! I've put a query through - I don't trust Toluna, but I do trust Vivatic as they have sorted out every query so far.:A A million thanks to everyone who posts :A0

I had £31 in my Vivatic account towards the end of October, but hadn't signed in since then to do any work or surveys.
I signed in at the weekend to claim my balance and found a notice telling me that as I hadn't signed in for three months (by a whisker, well, probably two or three weeks!!!!), my balance had been cleared as per their terms and conditions. I did take a look and couldn't see where it stated this.
I emailed the company to ask how I could retrieve my owed money and I basically can't, that money is gone for ever. I guess it now belongs to Vivatic. They linked me to the following sections:
I've logged in and my account balance appears to have been cleared. Why?
As per our terms and conditions, when a user does not login for over 3 months your account is automatically cleared of its existing balance.
L) TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
1. MVF may terminate or suspend this agreement without notice by email if any one or more of the following events occur or is suspected by MVF (in its absolute discretion) of having occurred:
1. the Consultant breaches any of these Terms and Conditions (including any terms found in the Privacy Policy or Website Terms of Use);
2. The Consultant misuses the Website or uses it for any improper purpose;
3. The Consultant has not logged into the website for a period of three calendar months or more.
I'm a bit shocked and gutted to have lost my money (£31 isn't just a small amount and I believe I had to write 4 or 5 articles to get it, at least a days work worth of time). _pale_
It's not too clear from their T&Cs that they can and will do this, hence why I'm posting to warn everyone.
I don't want anyone else to lose money and I know that some people tend to do surveys in dribs and drabs.
I hope this helps anyone who has joined Vivatic and maybe hasn't logged in for a while. It seems rough justice but there you go0 -

It is rough justice, but it should be a warning to everyone, once you reach enough to request a payment, request one. And that goes for any site, you never know what is going to happen, so get your money as soon as you can.0
