Have not had many emails recently advising there is a survey available. Have been on their website and found surveys. Have they stopped sending out email notification?

Yes, I think you're right - I don't get any emails about surveys now and have to try to remind myself to log in once a week to check.
I wish they had a better system, because it's impossible to see whether you've done a survey, until you've filled in all the preliminary questions - just to get a message to say there's no surveys available!

And this is a new thing? I've never had much in the way of emails, and when I have they've only been to tell me there's surveys available when there isn't.

I've got to £23.65 and the surveys have dried up. I don't know if it's because I'm near the £25 mark or if there really aren't any surveys!

I've just got the whole way through a 20 minute New Vista survey on Vivatic and was thrown out whilst answering the last few demographic questions - literally at 97%! Just unbelievable - it said I'd failed the quality control. I'm not even going to bother to query it -that would be another waste of my time!

Well that's just silly, for the sake of an email? The one occasion I've had to query a Vivatic survey that I got kicked out of right at the end they paid me for it after querying.

I was told I hadn't done a survey properly but when I queried it there was a mistake. Apparently it had happened to a number of other people. I finally made the £25 today, but there have been less surveys this week.

I too made it right to the end of a Newvista survey on Friday evening when it kicked me out saying I'd failed a quality control.
I contacted them to query this via the faq route but they haven't bothered to reply.
I had also queried 3 other completed survey none payments in the proceeding week again no reply or adjustment from them.
I find this strange as I have always received email explanations from them in the past.

Can't believe how long it takes to get from claim to payout.
Claimed on 23-3, payout due end-April. I hold my breathe.
    Never Knowingly Understood.

I was expecting a hefty payout from Vivatic yesterday - I haven't been paid as of this morning (1st May) and no explanation as to why either. Has anyone else been expecting a payout and not received it?:(
