They use to be great at replying to emails but just lately their not answering, you use to get an automative reply. but that dosen't seem to be happening. People are also not getting credited and have waited for up to 2 weeks still no credit? the payments was late last month which is new for them, as they are normally bang on. Unsure if this is a bad sign or what? And now no website........well the websites back now all we need is our over due credits0

people are finally getting their credit thanks Vivatic0

Is it just me or have the ammount of available surveys just fell off a cliff over the last 3 to 4 weeks.
Infact since they seem to have ditched SSI ( I know there is a one off SSI luxury goods survey at the moment) I hardly qualify at all for surveys.
Its the same with the Toluna and Gratis surveys through Vivatic, never qualify even though only a feww weeks ago I regulary qualified for them.0 -

I was coming on to ask this very question. I used to qualify for Toluna all the time, used to do about 1 or 2 a day. I racked up £25 within 6 weeks!!!
Now the Toluna link just takes you to their home page but there are no surveys, whereas before you were linked straight to the survey.
Also, the Populus and New Vista ones are few and far between now. I would ditch it over Toluna not being there if I didnt already have £11 stored up for my next credit.0 -
The thing with surveys is that they are very dependent on the provider. Criteria change all the time and Toluna may have found that the traffic Vivatic was sending was not the right type. Still not fun to be no longer getting income when you were before.0

I'm getting a bit fed up with Vivatic- I've just had this message after the final submit page of a very, very long Toluna survey on computing, tv, phones, videos, music consumption - it took about 45 minutes plus!
"We're Sorry But it appears as though you have accessed this page in error. Please feel free to try again at your earliest convenience. Best of luck! "
There appears to be no email address now to contact Vivatic - only a weird "What happened to my survey" box where you put date of survey and then click submit.
But that doesn't seem to ever do anythingand after filling in the longest survey I think I have ever encountered, I'm not too pleased - anyone else had this trouble?0 -

Admittedly I only do the Populous and New Vista surveys, don't do any of the new sites on Vivatic so can't really speak for how well they handle them.0 -
Yes, done the "What happened to my survey" thing- so we'll see. But, I've tried that before and just got no reply.
It's a pity Vivatic has gone downhill in the last few months - the demographic questions are often very long (plus often other survey type questions) and then I'm screened out!
Can't help feeling the survey companies are often getting the answers they want and not having to pay anything.0 -
I started using vivatic about 10 days ago and am up to around £19.00 the minimum withdrawal is now £25 but I feel that is ok as I think if I get to £25 twice that's £50!! Most surveys take around 20 minutes. I use my iPhone which is quick but sometimes certain surveys require flash player so I need my laptop. I am hopeful I will get paid my first £25 soon and this will be a useful way to make a little bit of extra cash to help with school uniforms etc0
