That's all part of the deal of doing surveys, a lot you WON'T qualify for, but a lot you will.

I've made £300 from Vivatic since I passed the writing test but I'm really off-put by the new payment system. Finally paid after a months wait. I've lost my motivation :/

I kinda agree BUT in a way I find the fact my balance doesn't go down to zero after requesting payment actually helps my motivation. I always found it hard to get going again once I'd requested payment and I was right back at zero, now by the time payment is made I've already amassed a reasonable balance towards payment so never really face the 'back at step one' point.

finally, after many months, reached the £25 quid threshold. I could probably have done it sooner but the surveys do get awfully boring!

it'll be handy though, because if i request the payment before the end of this month, it'll pay out at the end of july and cover my sister's birthday present at the beginning of august. result ! :D

I did two surveys and got £1 each then did a 75p survey and never got credited! Did another 75p one and didn't get credit for that either! Is this normal? Does it sometimes take a while to credit?

Yeah the SSI (75p) surveys aren't credited instantly. IIRC they are credited the following working day.

Then fire off an email, there's a contact email/link in the FAQ's (I would provide a direct link but the site seems to be down at the moment). I've only had to do it once but did have my points credited afterwards.
