You won't get paid the same month you ask for it, its always the following month but also try and make sure you ask for it before 27th otherwise it may take even longer.

I was one of the unlucky people that didn't get paid yesterday instead i got this email

    Dear Member,

Thank you for your continuing support of Vivatic.

Today is our payment day and as usual we processed over a thousand payments to our members. Unfortunately just over 100 of these resulted in errors.

We regret that one or more of your requested payments were struck with this error.

We are working with PayPal to resolve this issue and will process the remaining payments first thing tomorrow morning when you will receive your payments in full.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

    Regards,

    Vivatic

Hope i get paid today!!

    Thanks man

How long did it take you?

If you mean how long did it take me to reach £25 quid then I can't honestly remember because I wasn't really making a huge amount of effort. I went weeks without doing surveys then some weeks where i'd do a couple a day.

It probably took me about 4 or 5 months overall.

update for people still waiting to be paid

    Dear Member,

Thank you for your continuing support of Vivatic and your patience during these payment issues.

PayPal insisted that the issues regarding our account would be fixed by today but we regret to inform you they have not yet.

Their expectation is that it will be rectified by tomorrow morning and payments will be processed.

To compensate you for the trouble caused we will be updating your account by adding an additional £2 to your balance. This will happen within the next 7 days.

We again apologies for the inconvenience caused.

    Regards,

    Vivatic

I have previously had a payout from Vivatic without any problem but now it is asking me to verify my PayPal address which involves signing into my PayPal account through Vivatic. I am not at all happy about doing this and have emailed them 3 times during the last month to query it but so far they have not replied.

Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions as to what to do next would be appreciated.

    Thanks
Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get you

Toluna are taking the mickey on Vivatic and I've made a complaint about them. I've just completed a whole survey about fruit and right at the end they asked the demographic questions and screened me out. This isn't acceptable. I had put time and effort and a lot of thought into the survey and I suspect others have done the same. The demographic questions were simply age and gender which could easily have been asked at the beginning. This way they're getting the surveys done for nothing.
    Don't mess with pensioners.

    Simple. Verify your account.

That's why I don't do any of the survey sites on there other than the original Vivatic survey suppliers - New Vista and Populous.

Another problem with the surveys on Vivatic and this time a Newvistalive survey! I spent 15 to 20 minutes carefully completing a survey only to be told at the end that I had failed quality control. What is the point? They've got all my survey answers for nothing and I can't do a thing about it!

I ran into a problem on one of my first surveys, I got right to the end of one and answered a question about the number of people in the family and they said that there was a discrepancy as I had answered a similar question at the beginning with a different number. The thing is, the 2 questions were similar but not the same, and our set up is an unusual one, so the correct answer for each was a different number. (there are 4 people in our family, but only 3 currently living in the house). Was pretty peed off as it had taken me over 30 mins to get as far as I had! I've not been back since!

I did that on one occasion, automatically put 2 in the first question not realising it was asking for under 18s, so then on the over 18s question put two as well. So that failed me for a discrepancy. BUT I reported it as an unpaid survey, explained what had happened and WAS paid for it. So don't think just cos its your own mistake it's not worth appealing it :)

Has anyone else noticed that the Toluna surveys are now only 1 per 24hours? I'm sure less than a week ago it was up to 3 a day. I've just completed a 2nd one and haven't been paid for it even though I got through to the thanks for completing, we've now entered you into our sweepstakes (or whatever the message is), I'm wondering whether that's cause I've already done a survey for them today.

I will raise it on Vivatic but I was wondering if it was just me? I'm gutted about it as the Toluna ones used to make me the best money as there nearly always were surveys available, often 3 in one day. I'm on £86 and have set myself the challenge to get to £100 by the end of the month (is it ok to withdraw on the very last day of the month for payment at the end of the following month or do you have to withdraw a few days before the end of the month?)
