I've been getting those "special survey" invites for a couple of weeks and of course there's not even a regular dull one on car insurance or some such at the end of the link let alone a bells and whistles survey with added bling and an over generous reward hehe!

The last week hasn't been great for sure and there's a whiff of the Mary Celeste about Vivatic at the moment but lets see how it pans out,hopefully the glitches are only temporary but if there's no crew on board to fix them,well...:)

DJL,it's only been a few weeks since the new threshold was introduced and I'm up to about £15 bearing in mind that I rarely qualify for New Vista surveys so I wouldn't give up on them just yet.They were until recently by far and away the best site but I think it's time they sent their IT staff back to the primate enclosure at the local zoo...maybe that's a little harsh when I don't know the facts.

I have done well with vivatic and am currently up to £34. I have tried to log in today after receiving email and it says site unavailable. I hope they have not gone bust

I've just done a New Vista survey and it hasn't been credited to my account. :mad:

I've just done a web sourcing survey and also not credited immediately. Perhaps they have changed something on the site as it was down earlier today

I've just done a (hell of a long) Populous survey and not been credited either, I think it's time to leave Vivatec alone for a while and see if they can sort the site issues out. Would be nice if they had some kind of customer services too instead of just leaving us floundering with no reliable way of contacting them over the increasing number of issues with the site.

Can anyone help? I signed up a few weeks ago and earnt a pound, now it says I can't do anymore surveys until I have taken the writing test but says there will be no writing test until more people sign up. But this has been going on for weeks now?

I have done 3 surveys past two days and none credited. The site seemed to have gone down as well yesterday.

I also did the long Populus survey JDPower,along with two others and spent at least an hour only to find none were credited or have been since.I'm also due £25 this week but there's obviously a doubt hanging over that now.:(

Someone please call an ambulance for Vivatic...
