I've reported the surveys which haven't been credited. If you go into FAQS, select "I took a survey but it wasn't credited to my account. What can I do?" and scroll down there is a link at the bottom of the page if you want them to investigate. If you click through, there is a record of the time and date of each survey attempted and you can select ones you want them to investigate

Be interested to see in the next few days if they credit the missing money, I'm sure that they are being bombarded with queries at the moment as it seems to be a common problem

Thankyou for this link verityboo, I wasn't even aware you could check like this.

Unfortunately it didn't help me. When I clicked on the date it told me I hadn't done a New Vista survey that day! I did though. :(
Money, money, money, must be funny, in the rich man's World!
  • I 've done the business clothing survey, that ridiculously long populous survey and an 85p survey and none has been credited.

Has anyone had anything credited recently?

I'm owed over £50 by this site and I'm a little worried I may never see it. Call me cynical but they just changed the payout to £25 and then delayed paying everyone until the end of November and now the site is playing up and not crediting.

I hope not, but it seems that Vivatic may be in trouble :(
    I don't believe it!

    Hi Victor,

The failure of surveys to track appears to have become a regular weekend occurrance with Vivatic. It's happened to me with 3 surveys this weekend.
On the brighter side on two recent weekends when completed surveys failed to track awards were added for those surveys on the following Mondays.
    Fingers crossed!:)
Just re read your post,I was creditted for completed surveys on Friday afternoon so I would,t worry too much just yet.
  • The surveys do track it's just that they don't always update the amounts over the weekend. It used to say somewhere on the website that surveys completed over the weekend wouldn't be credited until Monday but I can't find it now.
    Don't mess with pensioners.
  • Can anyone help? I signed up a few weeks ago and earnt a pound, now it says I can't do anymore surveys until I have taken the writing test but says there will be no writing test until more people sign up. But this has been going on for weeks now? :)

The problem I have is that surveys from all 3 main companies have tracked within a couple of minutes for me, even at the weekends. The site was down Friday moring and the surveys I have completed on Friday afternoon and since then have not been credited. When you look at the records for each one they say they were not completed when they were - hence my reason for asking them to investigate each one. An internet search would indicate that this is not just a problem for me

I did a survey over the weekend that hasn't been credited yet but I'll wait a bit longer. It has happened before but I have eventually been credited with the correct amount. I have found this info on the site.
We work with a number of survey companies and each has a different method of providing us details of who completed a survey. Some completions are reflected almost instantly and in most cases they are reflected within 24 hours. Surveys completed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be reflected until Monday morning.

At the end of each month we also do a reconciliation of all surveys completed to ensure everyone is paid for what they have done.

This is odd. I didn't have to take a test just to do the surveys, I just clicked on the latest surveys button. If I want to see if there are any surveys I click on the individual survey buttons for Populus, New Vista snd Web Sourcing.

  • I did long survey on saturday which as not been credited.Followed your sugestion and got this message At 09:55 you attempted a survey from Populus Live Surveys.
No survey completions were recorded from the survey partner.
    I have requested further investigation
