i renewed my daughters contract in november as i was assurred i could remain on every-thing the same as before.

So with this promise i renewed. only to find out i have a massive bill this month. no spend checker active as it was before. my daughters phone was telling her she has 1400 mins still remaining. how can this be when shes on 600 min tarrif.

I want to cancel my contract
