    again your quick enough to give me a generic reply to show a public forum "you care" but your still pathetic at answering your emails properly and I'm still in the dark not even the decency if a phone call from you!

    Just another Update

    ok no reply from vodafone think they have officaly washed their hands of me, i have just sent an email to Guy Lawance and put my cards on the table so hopefull they they will no longer ignore me!!

    has any one else been in situation?? what can i do next? if you dont want to post on here please just email me?!

    and also an intresting thing did happen today as i said the blue tooth head set didnt arrive i got an invoice today and it wasnt even printed on it!! i think they have just decided to cancel it and not tell me.

    AGAIN JOKE!

    VODAFONE I WILL NOT BACK DOWN!!!
  • Yet more evidence of Vodafone's PR machine in full swing it seems. Why do they pretend to care when we can uncover what they really do quite quickly on here when you post back what's happening in reality?

    I think Voda are possibly doing more damage than good by posting on this forum as we uncover the reality and post for all to see.
