I wouldn't pm someone as I would just report the post to be removed but I will say I don't want to read about anyone's sex life on any board on MSE by the same token I don't expect my next door neighbour to tell me her sexual exploits.

Also I don't think its necessarily about kids reading posts, would you want your mother, grandmother, father, grandfather to read some of the smut

I agree with SG fully.

I admit, when I joined, I did join in with the innuendo talk, and someone had a massive outburst at me and called me a sl@g and told me to feek off, so no PM there :rotfl:

The stuff in the arms has come back, but instead of late at night, itsall through the day its like you have hacked into someones inbox, I come on here to relax, and have an adult conversation, and by adult I don't mean x rated.

I think that if it gets to the stage where people feel the need to speak out about it, then it has gone too far.

As edilass says, it only gets removed if abuse have been alerted to it, but if people see it all the time, they think it is the norm and don't bother reporting it.

Some wordings have been very rude but i'm not offended as such nor would I pm or report, I just shake my head and ignore and no I'm not a prude.

I havent as yet seen it, but I KNOW what you mean be the "hacked into someone inbox", but then, sometimes its like that on alot of the threads!

I'm not sure in what way you could compare this site to a stripclub

I think it would be a great shame if kids couldnt access this site, as much of it has educational value... in the current climate I fail to see what teenager couldnt benefit from a money saving site such as this.
