    It isn't fraud though Sh, fact is that there's a descriptor specifically for seizures and blackouts that the OP meets the criteria for. If her doctor agrees that she isn't fit to work (and might not be after all of this anyway, her posts on the other thread indicate that the stress excarbates her epilepsy) then she's free to claim like any other person who meets the descriptors until atos decide that she can't claim any more.

    you have a choice sh and you have chosen to claim JSA because you get more money without having to jusmp through ESA medical hoops but other disabled people have to claim ESA not through choice but through health reasons.

    I am not refering to the op with my post to sh but a general point.
  • Alia, I've got everything crossed for you that you get to keep your job so you won't need to worry about claiming for anything! You obviously really enjoy your job and are good at it. It would be terribly harsh for your company to punish you for what's happened, and as others have said, surely they would have had to let you go before now if they were claiming you've committed gross misconduct. Good luck.
