    Out of interest, what if you wanted to do a course and it fell on your sign on day. Would that allow you to get it changed..?

    Why is stupid government take 3 working days to be paid, why can't they do same day or 1 working day ?

    Is this the same stupid government that feeds, clothes and provides shelter for you?.

    I dont want to help him in the least but, english is his second language and his first is BSL (though he isnt as deaf as he claims if you read all his posts ;))

    Years ago if you were a deaf child you were segrigated and educated in deaf scools with little interaction with the real world which means that you struggle once released into our world.

    It's probably the banks - I can do same transfer if the person uses the same bank as me. Can't do that if they use a different one.
