Good Morning
November I'm sure that you will be able to charm them!
I don't think that my positive mental attitude can last much longer! I'm getting really desperate for work now and getting really fed up of filling out endless application forms! It's getting to the point now where they are all merging into one.0 -
Really losing all motivation
I just don't see anything to apply for - all the jobs on places like Reed/Monster I don't understand any of the job adverts and really don't see it improving.0 -
I've got an interview today with then signing on straight after, at least it's two birds with one stone but my feet will kill from my heels :rotfl:
Anyone suffering a bit, take a day off and do something for you. Usually works for me and then the next day I can get back to it not feeling quite like I want the world to swallow me upJust because you made a mistake doesn't mean you are a mistake.0 -

A really big thing for me was I had all the skills but didn't speak the language. This was for things I am really good at and did every day! For instance customer care and management and everything that goes with it is CRM. Do check if they are just speaking another language...
Funny really, because I get to interview and one of the skills requested is to be able to speak in layman's terms..
Anyway, woo hoo for today! :beer:0 -

Got some feedback yesterday that the interviewer thought I was nervous... my heels were killing me! :rotfl:
Oh dear, I towered over my interviewer yesterday too, perhaps I should ask how tall they are before I go in.0 -
Hello all,
I'm having a day off today - it's warm out and the sun is about to shine. I'm hoping to be able to cook a late lunch on the BBQ (if it doesn't rain, showers are forecast) and crack open a bottle of Crabbie's (or two!).
Hope everyone has a good day, whether that's interviews, job hunting or a Friday offThere is nothing better in life than writing on the sole of your slipper with a biro.....0 -

:rotfl: I never have that problem, I'm far too short!Just because you made a mistake doesn't mean you are a mistake.0 -
Morning guys
No jobs so far around here, so just done an hour on the wii fit instead. Going to have a look around the house today and try and gather a few bits together to ebay and hopefully make a few pennies to put away for my holidays.
Just got my student loans annual statement through. £20122.91. Worth every penny... obviously
Good luck to all those with interviews today, we need good news.0 -

I often tower over interviewers too, I'm six foot in my heels!
Has anyone ever shaken an interviewers hand with a nice firm handshake only to find theirs is like a limp lettuce? I hate that and never know what to do!! :rotfl:There is nothing better in life than writing on the sole of your slipper with a biro.....0 -

I came out of one interview thinking I had broken the interviewers finger! I got the job that time.0
