Got my feedback from my application form, she was really quite nasty about it. Listed off a list of things I could have said and didn't and said nothing nice at all... felt like telling her where to go...

I don't understand why people have to be like that, Maybe your better off not working for them.

There is no need to be so horrible about it. I'm the first to say I want the bad feedback more than the good but her attitude was just nasty. I actually thought it was a good application too, shows what I know! :rotfl:

I contacted an employer for feedback last week and she told me "we have hundreds of applicants and I do not have time to look through them all to find yours!" I decided that it was probably a good thing that I was not offered the job as I could not have been polite everyday to someone that rude!

    Good afternoon.

Found two jobs to apply for this morning, one looked a bit scammy to me but we shall see. I'll probably hear nothing back, I'm sure all my applications go into an application form black hole somewhere, as I never hear back from 99.9% of them.

Think I'm going to sent a new batch of spec letters out tomorrow. More often than not though it's just a waste of stamps.

    My PMA is lacking today.

I do think these people have absolutely no idea what it is like to be unemployed and desperately seeking work! I would love feedback, especially from the jobs where I have spent hours completing an application form, taking my time to explain how I meet everyone of the requirements on the person spec.

    Hi all!

I'm not having much luck at the moment. I went to visit the company yesterday at their office for a chat about the work placement. The manager seemed a bit off and pretty distant.....she could barely shake my hand! Not too sure what to make of it. Maybe I wasn't what they were expecting and if thats the case then so be it. They said they would contact me but I highly doubt it.

I also missed a call from an unknown number about 30 mins but they left no message. Probably wasn't that important even though you can't stop wondering if its to do with a job opportunity.
