Allexie do you have an me page?
Just a thought - I don't have one but you could use it to show people how nice you are and how trustworthy you are, also you could explain further about the neg - use it to your advantage perhaps to advise people how to avoid this!?Angel

I have an 'About Me' page. Since I put it on I noticed that my items were selling a bit better - seems to increase buyer confidence.0

Just when I thought it was all over I 've just received this message from my seller...
(QUOTE)
I sent you a request to remove the neg feedback from us both...if you do not want to remove it this way i am going to get it removed another way and yours will stay...please advise (/QUOTE)
Is this just an empty threat or is there 'another way' as he suggests? This seller is a seriously nasty person!!!♥♥♥ Genius - 1% inspiration and 99% doing what your mother told you. ♥♥♥0 -

I have to say Allexie, i am totally horrified by this sellers blatant rudeness and threatening behaviour.
As you haven't left anything defamatory in your feedback to him there is no way eBay will remove his.
I think we can safely say he's full of crap and blagging his ar*e off.
What a utter £$(*&$*&.
The wonders of crap eBay sellers never cease to amaze me.

Thanks BB for the re-assurance...I felt pretty sure he was just trying it on...what he doesn't seem to realise is that the more he does this kind of thing the more determined I am that the neg f/back stays! Just hope his sales have been affected by his crass behaviour.
Just a thought..is there any point in reporting this new threat to eBay? Would they be interested or would it be a waste of time?♥♥♥ Genius - 1% inspiration and 99% doing what your mother told you. ♥♥♥0 -
This is what i would do.
I would email the seller politely telling them that your negative stands regardless and you are not willing to withdraw it in any circumstances. Point out that by continuing to email you he is harassing you and you wish to discuss it no further as you consider this transaction to be completed.
Point out that if you receive anymore email from this seller you will be reporting him to eBay for harassment and to his ISP for sending abusive email.
Main key here is to remain calm and mantain the upper hand. Do not sink to their levels. You see, if this seller keeps on getting negs his Powerseller status will be removed.
Good luck hun !"There are no pockets in a shroud..."0 -
In case it does come to reporting here's the eBay links:
http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/contact_inline/report_problem.html
From 1st box select: "report problems with other eBay members"
From 2nd box select: "Spam, fake emails and other email related problems"
From 3rd box select: "User sent offensive or profane email"
And his isp abuse would be abuse@hisisp.com (obviously change the hisisp.com to his isp nameeg aol.com)
Hope this helps!"There are no pockets in a shroud..."0 -
