Hello, new LB-er here. Started about a month ago.

Slightly worried I might have cocked up my time sheet for November. Has anyone had what appear to be DB tasks which are listed as Exp? (the 8 minute ones which look like SxS...they might be listed as Exp DB).

I've been entering these on my time sheet as Exp and now I'm panicking that I should actually have entered them as DB. If that makes sense? It probably doesn't...anyone...?

I worked as an Internet Assessor a couple of years ago for LB and was let go after 11 months.

I recently applied and was accepted as an Internet Judge on a pay per task basis.

It's early days yet but the pay per task is working out much less overall than being paid hourly. I assume this will pick up when I have had a bit more practice but would be interested in knowing if anyone else on this thread has experience of being paid per task and whether it ends up being similar pay to the hourly rate?
  • Hi all,

I'm new to MSE and and currently going through the whole application process for the MM role. I would like to know which banking branch everyone would recommend; as I feel I should open up a new account just for this.

    :)
  • Hi anyone 'let go' recently been paid up? I am still owed for last month, just wondering if it will benext payround?

Hi. I've only been doing this for 6 weeks so certainly no expert. Not sure what you mean by DB but I've also done a few of the 8 min EXP ones and have logged them as EXP. In October I had an issue with some image tasks where I logged them as the wrong type on my timesheet but when they went through it they just sent me an email saying what tasks I had and hadn't done that month so that I could move the tasks on my timesheet.

So I wouldn't worry too much about it. If it is wrong they will just let us know and at least you know you're not the only one if they are wrong! :D

Wendy as far as i know when you are let go, they pay both months in one go ie you should get oct and nov this pay day (dec 11ish)

Glam just make sure the bank don't charge for receiving euros. I use barclays and that is fine, I'm not sure if any do nowadays, but its worth checking.

Love i'd remove any specific task names, that's against the non disclosure. You have almost certainly done the right thing, pm me if you want more info.
  • Thanks Wesley, Lionbridge workers, I would edit your posts with the specific task names it is a breech of you non-disclosure agreement.

Are Internet Judge vacancies advertised on the LB website Bangragal?

I too have been an Internet Assessor and wouldn't mind a second bite at the cherry.
  • Thanks Wesleyad!

I've got an account with barclays also, so i'll just use that one.

For those currently working the MM role, how are you finding it?

Hi, yes it was - I don't think it's there anymore but they were advertising for Multimedia (?) Judges which is also pay per task.
