I was wondering what i can do i have just tried to end my motability lease and been told i have to pay £250 to end it . The reason i want to cancel is because my husband has had heart surgery he was my nominated driver but due to pain since surgery cant drive it anymore i dont have anyone else and i dont have £250 to end the lease , i have asked Motability why they are charging me the maximum to cancel as it is medically related . The woman i spoke to was a right !!!! though i remained polite to her through out the conversation the !!!!ing !!!!! . What can i do ?
Seeing as i am in dispute with motability can i force DLA to stop paying them my DLA until a resolution if !!!!ing reached with the !!!!ing !!!!s .0 -
Call again and hope for somebody nicer or ask to speak to their supervisor to see if there something they can do.
How early are you wanting to end it? £250 doesn't really sound too bad tbh it's not that much more than one months HRM."Life is what you make of it, whoever got anywhere without some passion and ambition?0
