Can anyone beat over £89 off one shopping bill in one go?
We have kept all my extremly long shopping lists-wheere the coupons out number the purchased iteams!...
I used to also get money handed back (up to 20p/30p cash) when my coupons had covered the entire bill....hense the check out clerk handed me the cash back!
Tip; never use internet coupons ...it is false economy- Ink is so astronomically expensive-it does not work out on the whole as saving money etc,......with the exception being the face value would have to be at least worth £2.00
Cut every coupon out you see!.....
Regards
Miss Discount!
well done got away with £72 mostly clothing vouchers and mailcoupon
i have to disagree with you about internet printed coupons, i have a canon ip2000 printer ans i pay £1 for each ink cartridge. i printed off about £100 worth of coupons for less that half of each cartridge.
just stay away from lexmark i learnt my lesson £13 a cartridge!!!0 -
I have a lexmark-the black ink alone costs £25....& does not last two minutes!....
You are right, re costs, for cheap ink etc,....
But printed coupons do cause one to be treated suspiously as if one has copied them fraudently....0 -

if the product on the coupon has not been purchased then the coupons shouldn't be used.
the policyis only 1 coupon if not bought but if wont scan then that will be refused aswell.

Bought £92 shopping in Tesco today and, after using vouchers, paid £27.00. Really chuffed.Thrifty Till 50 Then Spend Till the End
You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time but you can never please all of the people all of the time0 -
I used 4 coupons today, for a total of £4.
The other coupon I tried to use was actually for something I purchased, but it wouldn't scan!"I did then, what I knew then. And when I knew better, I did better"0 -
