I think I'm going to miss paying gas bill on receipt e.g two large winter bills and small bills in summer.


I think your whole experience explains why some people don't bother to switch.

why does it take 4-6 weeks to switch anyway ?

sorry to resurrect an old thread but needed somewhere to rant.
Looks like I predicted the problem above.

Just received an estimated elec bill for monthly standard tariff when should be OES12. Need to calm down and work out figures.
Had regularly checked elec account which kept showing old tariff(fixed 11) then gave up checking it.

I received confirmation that the gas switch from Ebico had occurred but no logon details.

I suppose the alarms bells should have rung earlier when I noticed they still kept old DD and set up a separate DD for gas amount only.
