    Evening all,

Still feeling rotten, but made my knitting group this am as there hasn't been one for ages with weather and bank holidays.

OH also still very under the weather....he is as cross as a bag of cats, we have had an afternoon of silence (apart from tv noise!)every time I try to start a conversation he bites my head off!

Glad to hear that new scholars got on well

Topsy....keep going with the non-smoking....think of all the money and misery you are saving yourself.

JackieO good luck to DD to-morrow

Lame Wolf, hope that you are all right

    Hugs to all

hia, i dont know if u read this after a new on has started, but i dont know where else to ask this.
i bought a pack of pork ribs, they are only abt 2-3in big, but loads, i was thinking of marrinading them but i am lost. i dont normally buy meat like this, so it will be my first time cooking them.
any ideas for a marinade (i have honey, mustard and a reasonably well stocked kitchen) and how would i cook the ribs? i was thinking of using the slow cooker for them?

if anyone checks this in the morning, could u copy it to the daily thread for the 11th? much appreciated if you can, or move it to somewhere it would get best answer?

    thanks loads and loads :)
