Morning Early Birds and all who follow/

Aww Halight I remember my eldest daughter starting nursery as if it were yesterday, she had navy blue trousers and a little blue top with red bows in her hair and on her nay blue shoes. She's 24 now with a little one of her own but I remember crying all the way home:o

Trying to get to the doctors this morning. It's a stupid system were you have to ring at 8 and get in a queue and just hope you get an appointment.

Also joining WW tonight. I am really excited. I really need to get into healthy eating. Think I am going to have to rethink the way I cook and plan meals and include less cakes and pies.

Its cold and dark here this morning but no snow. Lots of things to photograph and put on ebay today. I have just discovered that the I Phone has an ap that makes it really easy to list things. It's very tempting to go round the house and snap things that I really hadn't planned to sell:rotfl:

Anyway have a good day peeps x

Also going to try and get parsnips, leeks and artichokes out of the ground at lotty today, think I will need to take a large flask of hot drink to keep me going.

    Morning All,
Halight hope the twins enjoy themselves today.
Had a really bad night, my joints seem to have not recovered from the lurgy & I was unable to get comfortable for more than half hour at a time, so have been up & down all night :( upside is I have 2 loads of bedding & a load of towels out on the line blowing nicely, I have also made the dough for some cinnabuns which is proving as I type. DS has left for school & no-one else has to get up today so I may just make some coffee & go back to bed with a book & some painkillers.
Tea tonight is cold meat, jackets & beans so no prep needed:) House is clean & tidy as DP & I gave the whole place a good bottoming yesterday, DW will be emtied when I come back down.
Hugs & spoons to all still suffering,
    Best Wishes to all.

halight - hope the twins enjoy
bramble - good luckf or first day!

Wet and windy here :( at least we had sunshine over the weekend!

I'm off to work in a min and dreading my two colleagues faces when they see the re-organised office - it'll be something like this . Ah well they will have to live with it! More re-organising today, lots of other rooms to sort out in work. I also have a student social worker starting today. She is on placement with us for 90 days, met her Friday and she seems nice. I've warned her that today will be mayhem!

OS wise - DW went on overnight, I've popped 2 portions of the mexican lasgane I made yesterday in freezer (another for tea later), HM soup ready for lunch at work, need to hoover as didn't do it yesterday

    Have a great day all

    Morning peeps.
Quick on from me as I have to take DD to pre school in a mo. It's her second session so fingers crossed she goes in OK.

Other jobs just include the usual housework. What an exciting life I lead ;)

Tea tonight - hmmm no idea at the mo as I haven't even looked at the planner :o

Bargainbird - please come round and clean my windows. I loathe doing it, even with my new squeegy :o

halight - hope the twins enjoy themselves :D

Bramble - enjoy your first day x

Hester - Kick some a$$ at work ;)

Sorry if I've missed anything, doing this is a rush.

Hugs spoons and high fives all round. Have a good day OS or not.

    Morning all,

Bit overcast here today, but its nice and blowy so I have some washing on the line and another load in the wm.

Today I need to have a good tidy round downstairs, and hoover and mop the floors, dd has an inset day, so will be spending the day studing, she has her final Biology exam on Thursday.

Need to do an online shop, and I am going to low carb from next week for a month, it seems to work for me, where as cutting down doesn't so I need to get bits in for that.

Good Luck to the Halight twins, and to Bramble :T

Also good luck to JackieO' s dd xx

Bargainbird, I am not too keen on pork mince, but I think I would go for something like pork kebabs or meatballs ???

    Have good days all xx

Meant to say dinner tonight is roast chicken, and I am going to make a cottage pie for Wed, and a beef and veg pie for tomrrow using some left over beef casserole, might also make a few pasties, and some veggi dishes for dd.
