Boots 75% off sale - possible date

Hi I went into the Broomhill Boots store at 9am this morning the Manager there was a guy really nice and he tole all the waiting ladies that the 75% sale has been pulled that it was to start today and they got an email yesterday saying it wasn't going ahead and that the stock is being returned to go out to larger stores. You would have thought that they would just want to get rid of all the stock they haven't sold now as some toiletries and cosmetics have use by dates on them, I was very disapointed can't be bothered anymore with arriving at the store every morning at 9am waiting for it to open will just save my money for nice hol instead.

well no sale in perth either, still at the half price mark... so got it all again next week lol x

If that is the case then Boots are being a bit mean. What is the point on moving it all to larger stores much better to let us buy it now at 75%. Anyway at the moment it is all hearsay. I mentioned to my favourite SA this morning that maybe it is Friday and she just smiled.

Obviously nothing happening in Cannock Boots either, although they still have loads of stock left at 50% off.

My daughter works in a well known high street store (not Boots) and the last time they had a greatly reduced sale she was pushed by one over enthusiastic (in other words rude) shopper into a clothing rail and hurt herself. So please think of the poor SA as you rush to get a bargain and I am just as keen as getting a bargain as the next person. People just seem to lose any manners or control.:eek:

Hello......was one of the crew who stayed up last night and gave up about 5am

My lovely partner was so kind this morning and completely sorted my son out for nursery and took him. I was only disturbed for a "good bye mummy" Kiss.
My love for Mr Boots has disappeared and been redirected to him!

And to add insult to injury just went to buy Space shuttle at half price and its now sold out!
