Quite a lot left at Ipswich when I left, mainly ladies gift sets, very few toys and no men's from what I could see - forgot to check the smaller store though, very busy but generally well mannered.

I went to the Salisbury Store this morning, there about 9.45. Very Civalised and Quiet compared to other stores I've been to in the past. Spent £46 saved £131 so very happy. :-)
    Managed to get:
    Mens FCUK Holdall
    Mens Miniture Aftershave set
    Womens Miniture Perfume set
    Large No7 Body Set
    No7 Beauty Bag
    Baby Xmas Pyjamas
    Early Learning Electric Guitar
    No7. Lipgloss Set
Mens Soap & Glory Wash Bag Set Set

There were a few more nice sets but thought I don't really need all of it

Lucky you - I was charged twice for one of my items this morning, luckily I always stand and read my receipt before leaving a store when I buy several items. I think staff are quite harassed, I only bought 4 things but most had several baskets full.
  • I'm new to the boards but been going to the Boots 75% off for years. Derby (Westfield) had some really good stuff but it was like a bun fight. Am safely home with my modest haul , will take me a year to recover.

Just got back from Bluewater. I was really shocked at how rude some people were there! Most people had trolleys and were acting like animals filling them up with hundreds of items and blocking aisles. I did have a giggle with the security guard though watching the loopy ones!

I just come back from there too!! Loads of greedy rude people, thought it was funny the store people filmed the rush when the doors opened, said he was putting it on you tube!! I got loads of bargains but some greedy git took ALL the No7 gift sets that were £65!! Bit naughty I thought. But I got my mans No7 stuff and lots of gifts so I am really happy. It was an experience, felt sorry for those with kids in pushchairs and stuff falling off shelves on their heads!!

  • Hi all

Managed to get to the store for 8 o'clock, last year there were only about 8 of us, this year 20+.

Not much stock in the Chichester branch but got what I had hoped for, in and out within 10 minutes. Everyone pretty civilized but there were a few that were helping themselves to all they could carry and not letting anyone through to have a look.

Unless they have some really good sale stuff next year I don't think I will bother. I love this forum but having the email alert sent out by MSE will make it more of a scrum each year. I really don't want to be battling for a gift that is really only worth the sale price.

Will probably change my mind by next year. So see you here same time next year.

    Spent £59 saved £177

Didn't get a chance to go, but told mum to go and she bought quite a few things, nothing that I will use, so will be taking most of it back.

Note to self: Don't tell mum to go sale shopping for you!:o

Is it too late to go now?

Sheffield High St had very little left an hour ago so don't think it's worth a trip for anyone.
