Didn't get to store, car broke down on way to work so had to sort that out - oh what fun! Decided when finished work and eventually got home to go 'online'. Finally got my order through! After periodically losing stuff as 'sold out' etc etc - did notice when clicked on some items said sold out but still went into basket!? finally paid 10 mins ago Husband thought I had run off with another man as hadn't seen me for 2.5 hours!!!! When I took stock of what was left that I had bought most of it was chocolate!!! Arghh. Never mind got a gwok set for me and a waybaloo hot water bottle for nephew which he will love, my fern stuff went for a burton boo hoo but a couple of little girlie things for the drawer under the bed will help with those pesky birthday parties the kids get invited too! Im planning on giving the choccies to the various school things I have to give raffle prizes for
!!!!!!!!!!!!

The bull ring had quite a few items, main birmingham city centre was almost oos, but the small boots on new street was the best, me and my mom spent 150, but shes gone back in for more stuff. we got home and some of the things were good for pressies, so we want more!!
mom popped back, but not much left. i wanted some dumb-bell alarm clocks, we bought 1 this morning and i wanted them for 2 lads for xmas. they'd sold out, but i did manage to get them online. bought my dad a usb hub for £2.50, has a long lead to the computer and dad was really chuffed, so mom got some more of them. apart from that there wasnt much else left. if you want sweets or cards there was plenty0 -

i know what you mean, but if you've a big family it can become very expensive, there are so many big day's peple nowadays feel they HAVE to celebrate-birthdays, mothers day, fathers day, easter, valentines, xmas.
i;ve got an embrrassing question to ask, how long do these toiletries last unopend, i know the make up has 6 or 12m dates on but isn't this after thy've been opened? Would the tolietries last until xmas 2012 say??
No i'm not joking! quite serious actually!
Most should last till 2012 unopened, best stored out of direct sunlight in a cool, dry cupboard or box. I'm hoping things I've already had for a couple of years will last at least until the end of 2012 or beyond as I won't use up all my body lotions, scrubs, eye shadows, lip glosses etc until then! (seriously!) I did find that some No7 nail polish from a couple years ago, never opened, had gone all funny in the bottles (even though I have some older that has been opened that's in better shape). I would try to give away/use up nail polish or lip gloss sooner, things that might separate or get clumpy.
Now I only buy more when there's a big sale or glitch, and even then limit myself to small amounts (which is still more than I need, lol).0 -
the site still wont load for me !0

Oh this is great, I'm really enjoying reading everyones sucess stories, how sad am I. Well off to bed now as am absolutely shattered from the hype of the last week and the stress of today. Will now not have to dream about the hat box as is tucked away from small fingers in my wardrobe for me to admire with all my other goodies, cant wait for the weekend when I can have a proper look at everything.
Only 10 months to go before can start obsessing over OOTW, extra point events, and then the sale!0 -
luckily hubby went to fosse park for me today bless him - said there was one lady there with 3 shopping trolleys and another lady had loads and when she wasnt looking apparently someone must have liked what was in her trolley as they swiped the whole lot - oops|!! and no it wasnt him!! He jus couldnt understand why it was so manic - bless him - he got loads too so am really proud of him but he remained calm - there was one lady that helped him with telling him there was some shopping bags and even got him a couple cos she could see he had his hands full and she was a customer! Proves not everyone there was unpleasant!0
