Boots 75% off sale - possible date

got a few pressies - met my mum there and she got some gift sets as well (or rather i told her what to buy who!!) she was quite impressed as she has never been so organised to get reduced price gifts!! although i am going to have to make her a list of who will get what - as she is the normal 'run round panic buy at the last min' type of shopper (and therefore not fazed by the panic buying mentality)!! i was thankfull it was my day off - as there was not as much stock as last year and i dont think much would have been left by my lunch break!!

Hi all - especially the Wallsend Silverlink Bootsers - whoop whoop!

Can anyone please tell me what is supposed to be in the Gold Ruby and Millie make up vanity case set? The one I've got had no card and seems a bit light on contents considering original price of £50!

Are both of the smaller gold make up bags inside supposed to have stuff in? One has brush set but other had open zip and is empty. Will be gutted if I have to take my own treat back! Bet they've none left to replace it. Rest of my stash for prezzies.

After 8 hours of trying my order is pending wahoooooooo for trying for so long most of my stuff went out of stock but got £50 worth so happy just got go receive it yet.Just want to say when I did the processing part it just went off but I tried and tried again and looked in my order history on boots and my order is pending from 18.18 and I didn't know was still trying past 8pm so just check that xxx Goodluck xxx never been sooo bloody stressed with a web site xxx

If anyone did want a Gok set (after they go OOS), I am willing to sell my spare set for the 75% off sale price. It will have to be to someone in the East Mids though as I can't afford the postage :rotfl:.


I wouldn't be surprised if some people do buy it thinking it was a bargain.

The Boots miniature scents are back in stock. When you click on them it says oos but it actually adds them to your basket.

hehe you are a naughty lot! I stumbled upon this thread a couple of weeks ago and got 'sucked in' to the great boots sale enthusiasm! I have never queued outside waiting for a sale in a shop (EVER!) but there I was outside my little boots store 10 minutes before the shop opened turned the corner expecting a queue of eager shoppers elbows at the ready and....I was the only one haha:rotfl:Was in there a good 20 minutes and only a couple of people came in, none looking at sale stuff anyway, I ended up spending almost £80 :eek: but saved hundreds and have pretty much sorted everyones birthdays and christmas 2011 (which is unheard of for me especially in January!) :T Quite a lot of stuff was back on the shelves with the full price on it but when I asked it was 75% off (yay) even the staff were quite shocked by the bargains. Really bad spending that much although I can justify it as the costs saved on yearly presents is still a big saving....and I blame you lot anyway...you made me do it!!...hehe, thanks! :beer: x
