    In response to this post, I doubt whether you have anybody technical enough to sort any problems out!!! and as for cutomer service "TEAM" what you mean is someone working part time maybe from home.

    One of our customers has sent the following comment to us:

    Thank you for your help in sorting out my Redten email accounts. It is refreshing to deal with a helpdesk that knows what it is doing and does what it says it will.

    Redten Communications Ltd have just appointed a new director to replace BABER GULZAR who resigned on the 1.5.2008.

    DAVID CHARLES BUONACORSI HOW is the new director aapointed on 16.7.2008.

    Not yet sure of the relationship to Peter of lib dem fame, but no doubt will find out soon enough.

    Seriously, perhaps you should perform a statistical analysis on the ratio between satisfied and disatisfied customers. Perhaps you might then report back with the results. Then again, I seriously doubt you will want to!!!!!!!!!!!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    I hope Adrian Burns got paid to let them use that. I would've let them use it as everyone knows that it makes no difference to anyone's opinion on here.

    I know we've all been treated badly and I loathe certain companies as much as the next man but, without sounding weak, so far so good with the [EMAIL="fattw@:%ts"]fattw@:%ts[/EMAIL]. I'm just hoping it stays this way because for £25pm it's not too bad value for money. However, the next time the [EMAIL="f@@k"]f@@k[/EMAIL] with me that's it, court here I come.

    hello all
    thought id check out whats goin on
    im enjoyin super fast internet with o2 (be unlimited) got out when njp cut off redten, well not sure but did this happen to everyone? and did many get out or still stuck in contract with clode? couldnt get online to find out! (plus busy off to london with a new job and all over the place lookin for my new car) lol!
