If anyone wants to check their bandwidth usage now NJP have stripped out the link, log in to your NJP account as before then got to https://secure.njpservices.com/cust_myacc/files/maAdsl_bandwidth.asp (I've added this to my Favorites (ironic eh?) to make it ieasy to check.

As you'll see, it now says there's a 5gb cap again, although it said that at the end of last month and I didn't get throttled even though I used about 17gb. We'll soon see if the cap is really back!!!

Got on and guess what "Your current plan includes 5GB of inclusive bandwidth per month "   and I have used 0.0044GB @ 30K

is there any legal way to stop payments between parties while case is in the court?

Honest answer is I dont know. Several people have stopped payments whilst taking action and got the chaser letters etc. and have been told to ignore them.

Personally I didnt want to risk the affect on my credit history so I have continued to pay till resolved.

I guess its down to preference.
