    Furball and LittleMissHappy thanks for the ideas to put to "A". The poor chap is still getting his head around actually cooking for himself, and of course he wants to feed the boys good stuff when he has them, so if I can throw a few easy recipes his way, it'll be good.:o

    New kitchen door has duly been varnished, but the fumes made me feel queasy, so I haven't done anything else as yet. I'm expecting a barrage of fluffy mules any moment *gulp*:D

    Hello all,

    Big hugs and love to you and your OH KazW, I can understand your not posting but if u need shoulders I am in posession of two rather large ones .. xx

    Things for me have hit a bit of a downer. Its really not a good time. My black dog seems to have taken over and is now in the progress of destroying me. Insane I know. I have a loving man who although is not close to me is in touch with me all day by text, every night by msn and phone. A wonderful family (parents/sis) etc who I know love me but I cannot for the life of me shake my depression. Last night I was exhausted but lay awake thinking very black thoughts unable to sleep. In the whole scheme of things I really have so much in my life to be grateful for and I just dont seem to be able to be happy.

    I do wonder if some of this is due to my counselling. Things discussed bring back nightmares etc. I am back with my counsellor tomorrow and hopefully that will help a bit.

    Oh, and the wonderful council lady making me feel like poop when I put in my CTB claim in yesterday didnt help matters either. Hmm.. hope she chokes on her coffee.

    Flying here has flown out of the window. The house is ok as to be honest I have hardly done anything to make a mess. In fact I have done some things;

    Have finished and sent in Open Uni assignment.
    Have done some work for support group and will be going tonight.. Hurrah hugs there will be much needed.
    Have sorted out some bags of clothes and toiletries for a friend who works in a rehab centre.
    Have got washed and dressed.

    Yay..

    Eeeek. so sorry for whinging but it helps sometimes to share it. I know I am lucky compared to a lot of people here but sadly my black dog doesnt seem to recognise that right now.

    Big loves, hugs and spoons
    Sarah xx

    Huge hugs to Kazw and Helen Jelly, only glanced over the last few pages.

    Lady L your post brought a lump to my throat, i have no idea how you cope, you are very brave and a special lady. I think the milestones are a great incentive for you, i'm sure you'll see your son graduate and you'll be the proudest mum there:A
