I get more tired than I used to and you have to build it up gradually with your fitness. I get very sore hips sometimes after a particularly long walk. I think my joints are showing some wear and tear after many years of horse riding.
You enjoy your naughty biscuits... you deserve them.

Hi littleboots, I hope you are well. I am having a bit of a wobble today about my ex. I think a walk in the sunshine will blow those thoughts out of my head, let's hope so. I think once the new job starts I will have a bit more to be getting on with and I will be able to push other things to the back of my mind. It is so hard sometimes.

You have made me a bit peckish now sw, might have to have a sarnie before I go.

Mad as a March hare, that's me..... :)

Be happy my friend, am going down to rest, a bit shattered. :kisses3:

    Morning everyone,

After nearly a week of waiting for a written job offer from my future employers I could wait no longer and emailed the HR manager yesterday. I was getting panicky that there was suddenly no job. Everything is fine, thank heavens, and she has posted the letter and contract first class so I should get that today. Hooray.

I have just changed my direct debits to 8th of the month from April, the day after payday. It gave me a chance to query Tesco who to date haven't taken any payments for MrT's insurance even though the policy started on 1st Feb. Apparently it is all going through - I don't mind as long as they pay out if I need to make a claim in the meantime.
Yorkshire Water have put my payments up a bit as the account was getting a bit into debt. I am happy I rang them - I can't bear the thought of an unexpected bill, debt free days now. ;)

I had a lovely long walk with MrT in the sunshine yesterday afternoon. I shall miss that when I start work but will surely make up for it on my days off.

Don't laugh but I bought an artificial fig tree on ebay, very cheaply, with free delivery and it arrived yesterday. It stands about 5ft tall and was a bit cobwebby :o but has polished up well and has taken pride of place in the lounge. I can't keep house plants, they always die, and this is so realistic. I do love a good online purchase and I paid for it with my survey cash which has been sitting in paypal.

A few more mystery shop jobs have come through so I will try and fit those in to my schedule. I am going through for a days training with the HA next week and I may be able to do an assignment on the way there or back? I think MrT may have to go into doggy day care that day as it will be a long time to leave him at home. That will thrill him .... not :(

Not a lot to tell you, just waffling along. Have a good day everyone. Middle of the week already, where does time go?

    Hugs

Hi SA - lovely to be reading your upbeat posts - cheering me up no end.

I love my dogs to bits - couldnt live without them :D I like the idea of an artificial fig tree too as they are pretty but I dont like figs lol.

Bit gloomy where I am today so could do with some sunshine over here.

    Hi hon,

It is called a fig tree, but it is all leaves and no figs:) MrT is fascinated about a tree with no smell. At least he wont be tempted to c!!k his leg!
    Nice to see you back.
