Thanks girls :) I can really see the difference in myself and am so happy. Got to keep it up now lol!

Had a FAB meeting with the florist, got my sample bouquet (pic to come on FB) and love it. Then popped to the shops to get my mum some nude tights, also got some Senokot for the week of the wedding in case I am bloated (I tend not to 'go' so much if I'm excited/nervous, sorry if TMI!).

Then I went to the MAC counter and spent £56  on touch-up stuff for the day - lipliner, lipstick, mineral pressed powder and a 'blonde' brow pencil for everyday use (the one I use is a cheapy, and slightly too dark :o ). She also gave me a sample of foundation that I can use for touch-ups if needed, saved me buying a whole concealer! I also bought a No7 lip brush for £2 using my £5 voucher, so am all kitted out lol!!!

Now: to continue cutting out pics and stuff for my big project :D

Natalie - you are a one-woman powerhouse lol. Where DO you get your energy??? :rotfl:

It seems to be the weekend for Spa incidents biscuitmad - I arrive with my friend only to find a dog in reception with a notice saying there will be a working dog in the Spa today. I have a massive allergic reaction to animal hair and it never crossed my mind to take my drugs with me!! My friend complained when we got to the counter as she strongly felt it was unhygienic and we hadn't had any prior warning. I'm not against dogs, just the reaction they cause me!!

The duty manager went beyond her job bless her and she actually agreed but they were in a difficult position as it is seen as discrimination against the woman with the dog. So she sent someone out to purchase some drugs for me to take. She then offered a glass of champagne with lunch but my friend had already paid for that as a surprise for me on arrival so they offered complimentary drinks in the cafe. During lunch a full bottle of champagne arrived! Needless to say we got a little pickled, then at checkout she had left us Elemis gifts and they didn't charge us for any of our cafe drinks or afternoon tea. (should of been about £25). So their service was brilliant but i'm still unsure about a Spa that allows a dog in.

Another exciting day. Stomach unfortunately not in knots though and i have not eaten brilliantly today. Had a McDonalds :(

I have managed to source a lovely old tin in an antique shop today that had a lilac ribbon threaded through it, so I am going to use that to put my favors in for the evening guests. Apart from that i haven't done a lot else. I blame Natalie as I have scrubbed the kitchen and bleached all the cupboards and tiles etc today. Reading all her efforts has made me feel guilty so I have cleaned lots today.

    Hey everyone!

Not been on here much but have been trying to pop on when I can and at least read your posts!

Oh had his stag do this weekend- hes still alive, still has all his hair and eyebrows and no tattoos or anything so the wedding is still on and all his friends can still come!!:rotfl:

I had my work hen do on Friday, it was a good giggle. Went to a thing in my sister village yesterday- decided it was a good idea to go on a bucking broncho- this was a huge mistake as I ache so much today and am quite bruised on my legs aswell!! Had a really fab night though!

Got in today to a note from a neighbour to say she took in a parcel that was left on our doorstep (we dont have a front garden or anything, our front door is straight out onto the street!), anyway she didnt want it to be stolen so took it in, I opened it and it was a lovely bunch of flowers from one of my friends who didnt come on my hen do and hadnt been in touch lately (ie not replying to my texts) to apologise for this.:D

Oh and my dress is done!!:j Going to collect it tomorrow- she said I dont need to try it on- do you think this is normal??

    Wanchai- love the flowers.

Such a shame the spa days didnt go to plan.

My sister (chief bridesmaid) wants to a speech, I have told her to go for it!!

I must go find my I do stickers!!

    Well done Wanchai.

Babyboots, I say go for it with the poem.

Aw Emma, that was so nice of your friend!!! LOL at the bucking bronco and HURRAH for your dress!!!!!!! What a relief!

Mel - oh no! That doesn't sound hygienic at all, glad that they made it up to you. Can we see a pic of the tin? xx

Yeah for brides and BMs making speeches (and also for those having no speeches, we make our own rules!). :D

The I Do stickers have really caught on lol, can't remember who suggested them to me but I love them. :)
