You're doing well with your RSVPS wanchai! We're at 53 yes and 22 no, but I'm over fretting about people not coming. We have our minimum number we booked for, and if anyone else of the final few says yes, that's a bonus. I can't be arsed stropping about the ones that can't/won't come (what do you mean your boyfriend's grandad's birthday is more important than my wedding - humph!:p) We have an RSVP sitting here waiting for OH to get home .

Fake tan all showered off now - judging my the water running off, I'm not sure that should be let anywhere near a white outfit! I am looking a very natural colour all over now, and it does make my upper arms look less blotchy. I'm in a red patterned sundress now - might avoid wearing any of my best outfits this weekend - just in case!

Thanks for the no hand washing tip lovecake! I pottered around the shops for a few hours afterward and managed to avoid getting wet! I wore a tatty purple cotton sundress when I went to the salon, something I didn't mind getting ruined. It has got orangey bits on it now, so I'll see it they come off in the wash! I had to avoid standing on my white bathmat too!

I know, I'm very glad that so many peeps can make it, we did sort of invite most of them verbally ages ago so we had an idea of how many would be able to come. Can't wait to get the last ones in!

A bit of light relief for me at the mo. I thought I'd share with you my finished letters. So pleased with them.



Plans for the rest of the day:
* I think I might spend the day finishing off my paper hearts and I might tie some bows around the garden candles I've got.
* Do some DIY/Decorating.

Can't really get in the garden to do much digging at the moment because if I attempt to transplant any grass in this heat it'll all just die.

Oh the other thing I'm doing - going through all the music I've bunged in the 'reception' playlist to see if I actually want it playing at the party

Sounds like a nice weddingy day Natalie, hope it takes your mind off things!!! Your letters look absolutely amazing btw!

My stuff to do today:
Cut out squares for confetti cones from my book
Look through flower mags as meeting florist on Wed!!!
Work on my tan! Oh and keep doing arm weights every couple of hours
Have my makeup trial!!! Yay!

MrsDrink those letters look great! I just said out loud "oh those are nice", and OH comes up behind me and says "oh they are"! (which is high praise believe me! :rotfl:

Had more stress relief doing more weddingy things. I have just finished making the 56 paper hearts to decorate the hedges.
(All that was left to do was to staple the bottom of them and put some ribbon on them to hang from - still, it took me a while to do!!).

Oh, I love sitting out in the garden doing crafty stuff!

Ok, have finished cutting up my book for the confetti cones. Ive posted a pic on FB! Am going to cut the squares now but not stick them until closer to the time. I have 'very high tack' double sided tape to make them, hope that it holds!

3 hours until my makeup trial and 7 weeks until my wedding!!!! Aaaahhhhhh!!!!!!
