Oh god! Don't even get me started on not getting in the dress! I've been eating crap since Monday
why do I do it? I honestly feel like I'm hungover! I feel so sluggish and blergh just like I would after a night on the town. How come I'm able to stop drinking but can't stop eating crap! Well today, so far, has been a new leaf. I've eaten sensibly for lunch and not had any fizzy drinks but I'm just shattered, I could honestly have a nap! Instead I'm sat in the carpark waiting for body balance. Early night tonight I think!
No wedding news from mehave nothing weddingy left to do really other than pay people!

Looks like everyone's been busy just lately, the thread has hardly moved! Makes it easy to catch up on I guess
We've booked a meeting with out venue to find out about the final details for the extension and to finalise details of the menu etc so that should be good.
I've been very good this week on the diet/exercise front - I'll be sooo disappointed if I don't lose anything this week. I have been under my calories every day, really healthy choices, and I've been to the gym on Monday, swimming tues, Combat yesterday and going to Zumba later. Don't know if I'll do anything tomorrow though haha.

Glad the house move is going well MelI wouldn't bother with an invite for your friend - not if she's a best friend anyway. If it was mine I'd just say to her that obviously she would be invited if she was around! If it was someone a little less close I'd probably send one anyway, but best mate you can just talk to.

Well okay so new leaf - Day 1 (ha HOW many times have I written this!)
B - same old
L - packet of chilli & corriander king prawns & 1 panini
S - yoghurt
T - chicken stir fry (all fresh veg chopped up by my own fair hand lol)
S - 1 kitkat (ran out of hotel chocolat chocs lol)

I dont know what my next wedding thing to do is, I have to do the evening invites but Im not sure whats next.
Todays food:
breakfast: porridge (couldnt eat it all though)
Lunch: soup and shapers onion rings
Snacks: clemintine, plum, mini muffin and a jaffa cake bar (whoops), yoghurt drink
Dinner: stuffed pasta with a sauce and a bit of garlic bread and a sprinkle of cheese. I did go to the gym though so Im just about on target for my daily cals.
I cant believe how quickly its coming round now.:D0 -

This thread might be the motivation I need to eat better and do some exercise! Silaqui - I'm very impressed with your four days in a row.
I've done zero exercise this week - I missed body balance on Tuesday because my train home was cancelled and the next one delayed. I've been doing long hours at work and have a hectic three weeks ahead. I'll try and squeeze the odd bit of exercise in, then really go for it in April I think, or I'll never get in that dress!
We tried on our rings for the first time yesterday - mine's just right, small and neat and shiny. Fiance's is too big, so we'll have to get it changed. They have our names inside, engraved on each others, which is fab. I wasn't sure whether to have any engraving, but they're so plain, I'm glad we've personalised them.0 -

How come i stopped smoking 19 months ago. I was on about 6 a day for 20+ years. My lovely doctor gave me patches and i haven't smoked since. Babyboots - your rings sound beautiful.. Mine will match my engagement ring and is totally bling, a full ring of diamonds! H2B wants one with the wedding date in roman numerals on it. I'm not sure about it but its his choice.

I cant believe its only 19 Fridays, that means tomorrow it will be 19 Saturdays for me, and it time is whizzing by- Im feeling :j and :eek: at that.

Well its the third day in a row weve had cakes at work- and Im not doing a very good job of resisting them! Although Ive been having less than I normally would and am picking the ones with less cals! It is Friday after all so a treat or 2 is ok isnt it!!:rotfl:

No gym for me tonight but Im hoping to find a bit of motivation to do some exercise dvd as soon as I get in! If someone would like to send me some motivation that would be great!:D0 -
:jso excited! Going to hopefully start writing in my cards at the weekend. Going to get OH to look after DD whilst i write them.
Went through the guest list again and had to add a few more people to the evening and if everyone goes (i know some people who wont but got to invite them!)then there would be 143 people at the evening reception:eek:
