    Ebay, the range, hobby craft.

I got my place cards on ebay as I found they were cheaper than the range, but it depends what you want. I have got some plain pearl ivory ones and I plain on prettying them up with a pink butterfly.

I got all excited when I walked in the door today thinking we had another rsvp on the door step- but then spotted the writing and the same incorrect spelling of ohs surname and realised it couldnt be an rsvp because it was from my aunt whose rsvp we got in the post yesterday! It was an easter invite!

I cant believe its only 19 Fridays, that means tomorrow it will be 19 Saturdays for me, and it time is whizzing by- Im feeling :j and  at that.

Wow! It must be 18 Sundays for me. You're right, PinkPrincess and FutureCooper - that doesn't sound long at all! Scary how much there is to do before then, but I'm crossing fingers I'll be doing less hours at work from April and will be the picture of organised serenity.. or something ;).

Nothing especially weddingy to report. I explained to my Mum I can't have my dress fitting til I have shoes, and I have real problems finding shoes to fit (about one in 20 pairs might fit, the rest just fall off or squeeze my toes). She suggested looking on the internet, and I explained this would be no good, because I'd be sending back 19 pairs of shoes that don't fit. Being helpful, she's gone out and bought me a pair that aren't even my size... I have no idea what they're like, but I'm not optmistic. I shall try and be grateful and not a stroppy teenager when I see them on Sunday!

Come April I have lots to get organised! Until then I need to get my bottom in gear and send out my evening invites! I will (I really will:rotfl:) sort them out this weekend!

Oh dear about the shoes baby boots, hopefully you will find some soon. Is your dress all ready for you to have your alterations?

Yes, mine was a sale end of line dress... hence a wee bit too small! It need new laces and has some sparkles missing and is a bit dirty from people trying it on in the shop, but the shop can start working their magic on it once I have the blessed shoes...

    It's this one...

That's someone else in the dress - I just googled it!

I love your dress. Not very often do I get dress envy but i do at your dress, its lovely. I got my dress in a sample sale, but I cant find any pics online of it so cant share it with you. Mine has a few marks on it, but most of them will go when its altered (Im only 5ft so loads will be cut of the bottom where the marks are the worst), and Im going to get it dry cleaned aswell. My dress fitted perfectly when I got it last year, then I went and put on half a stone and it was too small, Ive lost 10lb now so Im really hoping it fits! (it techincally should but im worried I havent lost it in the right area or something!!:rotfl:)

Quickie cause I'm shattered - but today has been a good day food wise - and I made good choices when we ate out (no starter or pudding, no fizzy drinks, and beef with veg for main). :) Day two - done!

What a great thread to find! Add me to the list please - fiance and I are tying the knot on the 22nd of July this year. We're doing a little legal ceremony at a register office, then a handfasting ceremony at a local country park followed by a great big barbecue there (£70 to hire a 100-person BBQ hearth! Cheapest reception venue ever?). :D
I say we take off and nuke the entire site from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.

Welcome to the thread Ghostlove!! :) (will add you to the updated list as soon as I've finished writing this).

So what are everyone's plans for the weekend? I have nothing weddingy to do - although I might just get my Rainbow club shoes out and wear them for a bit (they need wearing in a bit). Oh and MrD is going to dye my hair later :T. I *might* have a play around with some make up - but don't want to waste it just on a play when I have nowhere to go with it!

I have been good food wise for two days. If I am good for the next three weeks solid I could hit my target of tipping under 10st by Easter. This year Easter is being postponed till after the wedding lol. We don't really do anything, but the MrD's mum always goes OTT and gets us far too much - so if she does this year I will be putting it away till after the wedding... or at least until the next time I want a binge :rotfl:
Last night we went out for a meal - at one point there was talks about going for an indian - so glad we didn't - and while they were debating where to go I was telling myself I don't want a food hangover in the morning, so I was really pleased with myself when I chose sensible food.
