:T My diamantes have arrived and I've been busy sticking them onto my shoes - I love them!! What do you all think? (I'd only ordered enough to do nearly one shoe - so I've ordered some more to finish them off. I think they are just the perfect addition and will make the shoes go very nicely with the dress. (At least I hope so anyway!!)



*edit* I knew I shouldn't have gotten my shoes out!! I love them (especially with the diamantes) but there is still a part of me worried they won't go with my dress!! Damn shoe wobbles!!

Love what you have done with the shoes, Natalie. How simple yet so effective. I have very similar shoes in a dusty pink colour from Debenhams but they will be my back up version as i am in love with my sale purchase:

I have finished my day invites :j and i just need to type my address labels when i get back to work. I have made a start on the evening ones as they are different to the day but i might not get those finished this week.

My valentines meal at our venue was amazing. The best food i have had for a very long time. We are both so excited for the wedding now and the quality was outstanding. Needless to say the diet is on hold this week! I am out again with friends at Frankie and Bennys tonight, shopping and lunch tomorrow and dinner party on Saturday night. Eat fest :rotfl: i'll be glad to get back to work for normal food.

I'm still umming over the rainbow club shoes :rotfl: I just want my wedding dress here NOW so I can look at shoes.

I have also had a bit of a play around with my hair - argh - god knows but I think these would go really well with my dress:

Glad you had a lovely Valentines Day meal Mel2! Especially as it was at your venue!! No wonder you're excited!! Forgive me - my memory is crap - but have you shown us photos of your invites?

Those accessories would go perfect, Natalie. I need to find a clip for my hair. It is to thick for a slide so my hairdresser has asked me to get something to sit under the 'Up' bit of hair i am having.

I thought i did post pictures of the paper i had finally chosen. I have changed my mind quite a few times but this final paper is almost like a rice paper and you can see through it to the print below. i love the colour. What you cant see is the inside. I have lined the inside with the same paper and then used the same pink coloured card to print the wording on. Then the stamp is on the back.

The little one with the heart button is the evening invite. Each one will be a different purple card as i have brought a pad of patterned card and i am going to use them for invites and the evening favours.

:rotfl: This afternoon MrD had a parcel delivered - I just assumed it was more boring bike bits... it wasn't!! It was my Giant Jenga - really pleased with it. It isn't GIANT giant - more big - I'd say the footprint of it is probably 30cmx30cm - but it's big enough to play outside.

Wow wow wow!!!!!!!!!!!! They are all fab!! How did you do the first purple ones with the type font on them? They're amazing.
