    Hi Lauralou :)

    Quick synopsis just for you:

I'm still pretty disorganised (although marginally ahead of pbny)

Natalie is still super organised, as well as a haggler extraordinaire and expert at taking close-up photos of rings!

Rachel's got an STD - no, sorry, STDs plural!

We're all frantically trying to lose weight, with varying degrees of success

    :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Can't believe you're managing to do invites with a new baby! Respect!

I really like that one! I like the fact you can see the shaping on MrD's ring really well.

Me too haha glad I'm not the only one! I think it's hilarious when you see things like this on here... "Oh, I'm so worried about my std's," "When do I give out my std's" I'm sad lol.

I have been trying to be good again after my weekend blowout - swimming yesterday, I'm going to the gym in a bit and tomorrow I'm going for a swim in the morning and then combat in the evening. I could be doing more than that over half term but I don't want to make too many changes to my usual routine because I know it'll be unsustainable when I go back to work.

Mel, hope Olly Murs was good! I do like him...

I dunno what to have for breakfast today - I'm hungry but we've got no yoghurt or bread. The only think we've got is porridge and although I do eat it sometimes, I find it really heavy going - don't enjoy it at all. Might have to raid the cupboards and see what I can find.

    xx
Ths signature is out of date because I'm too lazy to update it... :o

    Thanks Mel1 :)

*cough* *cough* I'm not posting my weight GAIN this week - I am annoyed with myself. Eating crap always feels and sounds like such a good idea but the next morning I always want to kick myself! I'm also not going to share my food diary - I don't want to encourage anyone!!

Emma - your food wasn't bad yesterday petal, don't be too hard on yourself. Lettuce and water for you today though! :rotfl:

Natalie - how hyper are you going to be tomorrow when posting your invitations! Wooo!!!!!!! (p.s. don't worry too much about your gain - next week's another week and I know that your competitive streak will return :D - but you're right about eating crap - it always seems so tempting and then we regret it afterwards xxxx)

Silaqui - good for you making such healthy plans for half-term, I'm v. impressed! Did you find anything nice for breakfast?

I had my WI this morning - 10st 4.5lbs!!! 2.5lbs off in one week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :j:j:j I am super chuffed. If I keep this up I'll hit my target no problem! These protein shakes are really working. Can't believe that they fill me up for hours. I know they're not the healthiest way of losing weight, but they're better than Slimfast et al, which just seem to be full of complete crap. I do still get the urge to snack now and again, but I know that it's just 'mouth hunger' and not real hunger, so I can resist. I'm going for my 6th laser lipo session next week too, and they're going to tell me my measurements - can't wait. :D

I know that I have a long way to go - it will take time to lose 1.5 stone and I'm not expecting 2.5lbs off every week, but it's given me such a boost to see the numbers reducing on the scales. :)

  • haha Wanchai- I dont drink water (im naughty I know but I just dont enjoy a glass of water!!) and I can eat a few mouthfuls of rocket or something but thats about it so looks like im going to starve today!!

Well im on half day today so heres my diary:
breakfast/ snacks: banana, apple yoghurt drink

Went to the gym did cross trainer, treadmill and weights (first trip to the gym in just over a week as I wasnt well last week)

We are having dinner early: roast lamb, potatoes, yorkshire puds and veg and gravy! Whoops, again not very good but its valentines day, and I just argued with myself in the car whether to get pudding- I did resist!!:j

Well done on the weight loss Wanchai. Natalie- dont be hard on yourself, just use the gain as motivation to do better this week.

Congratulations on your weight loss Wanchai!! :D
And well done Emma on resisting pudding :D

:) My extra flowers arrived today - to tie to the side/back of the extra chairs we've ordered. They aren't the exact same flowers as all the others I have - they are slightly more burgundy than the others, their stems are greener, and the middle 'pollen' part is yellow. But as it's been so long since I placed my first order it's no wonder really - they've probably changed suppliers or something. Anyway regardless I think they will be fine - they are only going on the side/back of chairs one per chair so it's not like they are going to be close to the others for people to notice.

So now all I'm waiting for is the delivery of my burgundy thread so I can sew the table runners to the table cloths (I have decided to go with doing a single running stitch along the length - thing it'll be less hassle than tacking them - and I doubt I'll be able to sell the table cloths on - just using one yesterday as the 'backdrop' for the ring shot left little marks on them. God knows what state they'll be in after everyones put plates etc on them. (They were only plastic cheap ones so I don't really mind).

Oh and also waiting for my Giant Jenga to come :D

Another job I've done this afternoon - signed and sent off the contract for the tables :D
