Everyone else seems to be getting so organised I need to get a move on!although getting closer to finding photographer which is a big thing.
For the outdoor tables the chair flowers look lovely. If it was me I'd go without the table runner and go for White table cloths and maybe get 3 cheap different sized burgundy pillar candles for the middle which you could light at night time, but I think you have lights and candles already sorted?
Edit: just saw your post above! So ignore me0 -
Bet you'll feel great when you have your photographer ordered
One more big thing ticked off.
(Please don't worry about those of us who are a little teeny weeny bit over organised - lol we are most certainly not normal when you read all the other monthly threads :rotfl:)Yea have got garden candle torches to stick in the ground around the edge of the garden, and the jars with our names spelt out that will hold 3 tealights each to go on the wall down the side of the house that connects the front garden to the back garden.
Have ordered the organza to do the table runnersWill see what they look like, if they are no good/too over the top then we can always take them off, and sell the remainder of the roll on ebay

Not necessarily
They will be like this:
Okay I've calmed down now - and as much as it pains me I guess he's right.
And we've decided to not use table centre pieces - I figure having the flowers tied to the chairs like above will be enough.
I would skip the runners, organza is very prone to blowing away in the slightest breeze as well!!
Silaqui - wow, you are doing amazingly well!!!!!! *impressed*
pbny24 - what togs are you considering? Post links xx
Emma - well done on going to the gym!!! :T I have been looking at cars, tell me you think of these two.
Waiting on quote but likely to be about £350: http://www.classic-dreams.co.uk/carstest.html#whitedaimler

I don't read any of the other threads on here - are other people less organised then? I don't think we are all particularly over organised? Its just getting things ready surely? You are opening yourself to a whole world of stress if you leave things too late for a summer wedding, surely?
If you really want the organza you could always pin it to the table cloths to stop it blowing away.I would skip the runners, organza is very prone to blowing away in the slightest breeze as well!!

I like both but prefer the curves of the Daimler, the black number plate gives it that vintage feel as well!
xxThs signature is out of date because I'm too lazy to update it...0 -
I prefer the Daimler, but thats mainly because Im not a huge rolls fan. But go with whichever you like.
I want something weddinging to do!!0 -
You have good taste girls
I prefer the Daimler as well, it is STUNNING, just hope that it isn't TOO expensive!!!! Could we justify an extra £100 for it? Hurry up quote person!
Are the July brides more organised then? Apart from me and pbny of course :rotfl:7 Feb 2012: 10st7lbs14 Feb: 10st4.5lbs

Wanchai- fingers crossed the quote wont take too long to come back- and wont be too expensive.
Ive just realised that my make up person hasnt replied to my face book message or wall post and I dont have any contact numbers for her, so Ive messaged her daughter in the hope she will pass on a message to her mum that Im trying to get hold of her, if not ill have to start looking about again! But I really want her to do it as Ive known her years and I trust her.0 -
I'm sure she'll get back to you, it's nice having someone you know do it7 Feb 2012: 10st7lbs

I really hope her daughter passes the message on. If not Ill have to see if my mum has her number anywhere or pop a note through her door (If i can remember which house hers is).
Wanchai- on the special occasions board there is a thread you may want to keep an eye on- someone has posted 3 sewing machines (all around the £100 mark) and is asking for opinions on which one to go for.0
