Hi all

Sorry again i havnt got much time to read back. Hope everyone is keeping well and plans are coming along nicely:)

I havnt done much with the wedding. Next thing is invites which hopefully will be done late feb/early march.

Me and OH missed our 4year anniversary. It was only the day after i realised we missed it!!:rotfl:

Wanchai - how has your day been? I haven't done any exercise but by the same token nothing crap has passed my lips! We even did all the veg for tomorrow's tea as well when we did tonight's so all we have to do when we get in is put the oven on and wack everything in. (Then just do something with the chicken). Very happy. So that is tomorrow's lunch, tea, and Tuesday's lunch all sorted. No excuses. Will work on the exercise and running once we've got the healthy food eating back in check.

It was ok thanks, not great but not bad foodwise! No exercise done at all though - the weather was too horrid! I'm starting the 30 Day Shred again this evening, and have set a reminder on my phone to weigh in every Tuesday morning!! :T Here goes!

I'm meeting the florist on Wednesday, HELP! Have no idea what flowers I want!!!!!

For my hen I'm planning on going to Cardiff for the weekend and we're going to do a murder mystery. I've never done one before but really looking forward to it

QUESTION: I know it's probably been asked a million times but...............when are you posting out your invitations? There are millions of wedding this year (prob because of the whole 2013 thing next year). Don't want people not to be able to make it because they've had other invitations first. Need to make my invitations first mind!!!!

Nat - I bet you could make your hair thing!! You seem really good at all that fiddly, arty stuff (as I'm not!!!). It would then be just as you want it.

Wanchai - I started the 30 day shred before Christmas.......managed about 7 days before Christmas took over. Really saw a difference in those 7 days though!! I haven't exercised in almost 2 weeks now I'm off work ill so totally fed up and want to do something, but I know within about 30 seconds I'd be collapsed in a big heap!!! xx

MrsDrink - I think you should defo have a go at making your own comb, was checking out your other 'makes' and they look great!

I was thinking May?? Is that too late? Just spoke to my mother in law to be and she is adamant they should be sent 6 weeks before the wedding. That's probably how it used to be done??!!xx

I don't know... 6 weeks before seems too late to me! I want time to chase up the RSVPs lol.

Im going to send my invites out in the next few weeks. We want to give the caterers numbers etc start of May, plus I think the more notice you give people the better- they may need to book the day off work, or book a hotel (plus a bit of notice to save) or make childcare plans etc. I have set my rsvp date as 30th April. My personal opinion is is that 6 weeks isnt that much notice, and if you have lots of weddings coming up I would want to get my invites out there before everyone else!!

I have to confess, I had the choice from oh- go to the gym or go for a curry! So we are off out for a curry! I will probably have tikka meat (no sauce) and some vegetable rice as I dont think that would be so bad (well its better than a creamy korma or something!!)

I plan on giving ours out either the day I break up for half term, or the 17th Feb depending on whether I can bear to wait any longer. I think the fact that we're all getting married during the summer hols for me would mean to get them out sooner so people can organise their holiday around it (because obviously our weddings are the most important things of 2012!)

I have spoken to my colleague who makes jewellery - she is going to make me a hair comb Very happy and excited! As soon as my dress is ready she's going to come with me to get an idea of what gems she needs to buy it :T

Most people that are being invited should know the date anyway with us!! I think we'll send them 2-3 months beforehand. Beginning of May.

I'm trying to decide what to get the oh as a wedding present?! Thinking of making a box and having lots of little but personal things in it. Won't be too expensive then, but will be personal. What's everyone else doing?xx
