Morning Laura - your putting yourself down! That buttonierre is fab!! Love the ribbon loops. I have put my bouquets together so many times and took them apart :rotfl:. . . . its lucky we started making these early on so we have time to play, experiment and take a part! I had a good browse on Etsy for ideas. I am thinking of putting beads on to a wire to sit behind the buttons or felt leaves.

I have just enjoyed playing with buttons and find it really therapeutic, so i have decided i am going to make some of the little ones in pots for family for Xmas. I have got a few tiny glass bottles i'm going to use.

well i took mine all apart last night and started from scratch iv inspected yours and u have used alot less buttons on each stem so im trying that one out.
i need to go get LOADS more buttons as think im going to do a white/cream one for my BM too. i have plenty of time. it will no doubt cost more then a normal flower bouquet lol! x

I only used 2 or 3 buttons on each stem. I have about 75 stems at the moment for mine and i used about 45 for BM's. I have costed my bouquet at around £20. I brought a large bag of cream/vintage buttons for £10 from Ebay and the rest were donated from family and friends. BM costs a little less but her buttons were still about £10 as i wanted particular colours.

I'm sure yours will look stunning when you have played a little with it. (I thought it was lovely as it was) but i understand you have to feel 'right' about it. If all else fails i'll make you one!!! xx
