Well ive just emailed my reception place to arrange popping in soon so we can sort out catering, look at table options so we can get an idea of how many centrepieces we need and find out their wine prices- which I am now worrying about- on my paperwork it says £3 a bottle corkage which I thought was very reasonable but it looks like there is a new manager and online it has corkage down as £5- could they now charge us £5 or do you think they will have to stick to what is on our paperwork?

In your paperwork is there any terms and conditions that state they are allowed to increase the prices? If not I would say you should demand to pay the original agreed price.

I dont think there is any mention about any increases. Ill have to get it out and have a proper read. I really hope they will honour is as I doubt we will be able to afford an wine if its that much.

I guess ill have to check the paperwork and then see what they say when i pop in.

No wedding news from me. My sister had her dress fitting at the weekend and she looks amazing - even baby liked it as she gave me a big kick whilst we were there!! I saw my dress again. Didn't try it on as the shop was busy and thought i would leave it as my sisters day for wedding dresses. Still love it:Di thought it had more detail at the back tho but i don't if i'm thinking it did because my sister has alot of detail and had just been looking at her dress?! So i may get a veil so will see.
Oh and i asked the alteration lady when i would be going for my first fitting she said April/May time so i have 4 months to slim down again:rotfl:

I've had an email to say our dive wetsuits are ready for collection - lol I want to go NOW!! But unfortunately a) Mark isn't home yet and b) they are in Lincoln - an hours drive!

I've got no news at all - hence why I haven't been writing on here. Lol I did giggle at that Laura - that there wasn't a post from one of us yesterday. Lol what page did you have to drag this off? Ha!!

Cor can you believe that it's only 2 weeks and 2 days till half term?!?! Where on earth has this half term gone!! It is really scary!! That means I'm nearly half the way through this terms IEP teachings - eeek! (lol which I'm so not in reality!)

Well our running is going well - since starting the training last week we've managed to get out for every planned run according to the Nike + coach. Tonight's is 4miles running strong on the uphill sections and easy on the downhill sections - lol it's going to kill me!!

Good Afternoon ladies. how are you all? i've been a little down in the dumps and so busy i have done NOTHING weddingy for AGES and struggling to get back into it i feel like i only have suits for all the men&boys and invites & centre peices to sort.. i know there is probly LOADS more i have forgot about! i need to get back on the ball!
im going away tomorrow to drayton mannor(thomas land) for DS's 3rd birthday and its his party on monday so busy weekend ahead it might take my mind off things and get me back onto the wedding planning! x

Awww - lol who is more excited you or your son (not sure if you're mentioning their names on here).

Well I have just finished off paying for our Diving courses. All that is left to pay for is £340 on our wetsuits when we collect them on Saturday, and scrabble together some spending money! Without the spending money this October Half term hol has cost us £2038.04!! Gulp!! That is nearly as much as our honeymoon will be!! Lol. Madness. MrD passed some comment about 'see my biking isn't as expensive'... lol I did remind him that this was because of the initial lay out of a) doing the course £519.02 and b) buying 2 x wetsuits, 2 x masks and 2 x snorkels £586. Lol. I told him the initial layout for his bike was more!!

Just over two weeks left - So excited!!

Im excited, I told him before he went to nursery today and the staff said all he has done all day is go on about thomas land over and over lol... i know he doesnt really know what it is but i know he will LOVE it and his face will be a picture!!! i cant wait, i love making him happy (spoilt) the weather is meant to be horrid though

Yep you did say (not sure about on here but I definitely read it on FB). How exciting!!
