Lol when my big brother was learning to read my mum had to change the way she spoke so he didn't confuse words like 'bath' and 'barth'. She'd say 'barth' but school would say 'bath'... mind you here they say baff! Since meeting MrD I've gotten really lazy with my speech!

Lol we'll see how long before we reach the magic number. Although if one of them starts the new thread - we wouldn't be able to edit the first post with a updated list of weddings etc. When we get closer to the dates we'll have to include our honeymoon dates as well!!

Well both things have been sent so hopefully at least item will be here tomorrow, Im feeling ill and sorry for myself today so could have done with cheering up, but oh will be in soon and hes just picked me up some golf clubs for my new hobby!!!:D

Natalie- you do realise it will take forever for me to work out how to post pictures of them (well it will be in a pm, or I may just email them to you as I could do that I think!!:rotfl:)

I have had to be a really good girl today - I did get my card out for some online shopping - but I put it away again. Must focus on our deal: July's pay - spent. August's pay - MrD's bike racing in Sept & Oct. September's pay - rest of October's diving, wetsuits etc, spending money for diving holiday. October's pay - honeymoon (wooo hooo). November's pay - an iMac (our birthday & christmas presents to each other this year).

I share the same hobbie natalie & wow re the "Mothers" ours have met but only cause of the kids otherwise i think they would never meet! did i mention the Step MIL is coming on my hen weekend :-0 not expected but i couldnt not invite her & MIL (MIL hasnt responded yet)

is anyone practicing their first kiss or just going in for the kill? i was watching 4 weddings and he kissed her before they had finished(straight after he put her ring on) and it made me think?!?!

i was hoping to come home to my shoes today but no such luck

Oh that will be interesting with Step-MIL and MIL! Do they get on or is that a stupid question? I suspect my mum and MrD's mum are actually going to get on really well. Logistically though it's never happened - although my mum has seen MrD's dad kinda in passing - mum came and sat in the caravan with me while MrD's dad was outside tinkering with MrD's bike at a race meeting.

Mmm practicing first kisses - lol I don't know but I know we need to get over the whole showing affection to each other in front of our families thing!! I guess we both respect our parents too much to snog in front of them - although progress was made at Eurodisney when we held hands, hugged each other, and there was some stroking of body parts (legs girls legs!! Cor what a dirty mind you lot have! :rotfl:)

My mum had met my mil2b a few times and they do get on so thats good, mil2b did my sisters wedding flowers so they first met then but mil2b has also donw some lovely arrangements for my mums house. Cant believe your mum has met his psarents, uve been together year!!

No, we wont practice a first kiss- I would worry if I put too much thought into it it would look to rehearsed, I personally though think we will have a nice little kiss, but not like a full snog (which you sometimes get on 4 weddings or dttb!!) (each to there own but i wouldnt comfy doing a full blown snog in front of my nan!!:rotfl:).
