Oh that sounds fab Tracey! I really liked Berlin - we went for a long weekend a few years back. If you're interested in some tips about where to eat etc just scream and I'll get my holiday album out. :) (I create a 'photo' diary of our holidays with details about where we ate etc). Oh and there is a really good department store where I got my German monopoly set (have I told you all I collect monopoly sets?). And the great thing about Berlin is it doesn't have to cost you an arm and a leg - which is important when you've got a little one to finance as well! :)
Oooo good luck for your scan tomorrow!! Is this the one where you can find out the sex?
Cor all these babies on here!!

Well I have done a bit more digging - lol I aim to have the whole thing dug up before we go away for the weekend (only to watch MrD race his bike). Well I say the whole thing - as much as I can do - I am struggling to dig up by hand the tree stumps of the various things that made the hedge up - including a silver birch tree which we chopped down a good 6-7 years ago. Then that will leave me with two weeks left of my summer holiday to proper veg and to recap on the diving theory materials. :)
  • wow natalie ur budgets are looking good. and i must stop doing weddingy things today and spend some time with the boys lol. i have designed my evening invites on vista print copied and saved them and going to print them myself on some pearly paper(need to sorce some cheap) x

Be careful when you buy cheap pearlised paper/card that it is printable. You wouldn't want all your ink to smudge where it can't dry stuck to the paper. You could always email the people at PDA card and craft and ask them for help. Even if you don't buy from them their customer service is really good - lol that may come to bit me in my bum. I can't remember who I recommended them to on here and their order took forever to come... it was someone with a purple theme. :)

my scan tom is my first scan so wont find out the sex on this one. Am very excited but scared at the same time, just want everything to be ok.

We decided on Berlin as we both love history and is well below our budget so gives us some money to play with. We also wont need as much spending money as is cheaper than Italy and is a shorter break

It was really weird walking around Berlin and seeing all the gun shot holes on the buildings! I know very little about history (I was more of a science and maths girl when I was at school), but it just made it feel like it was only yesterday. (Which I guess in the grand scheme of things it was!)

LauraR - could you make one up and see what you think? Whether it's good enough for your high standards? Lol. I am sure they won't be 'crappy'!!

LauraL - ha! Dreaming about SClub - bless!! Is wiggler your first baby? Have you (and Tracey) thought about names?

Well I've finished digging for today. I'm shattered lol. Another fence panel width done! Tomorrow is the biggie though - it's the one that has the silver birch tree in. And bloomin ivy - their roots system are a pain! And as for Brambles!! Lol.
