this time next year we'll be married, been on honeymoon, and have been to my brother's wedding!!
I have now stripped two more fence panels of rubbish from the garden - put it this way we have a bramble with about 1-2inch thick stalks, and oodles of blackberries! Well we had anywayI've filled two 1m3 builders bags full so far - and I'm onto the third one. MrD said we'll take them to the tip when he gets home - good job cause I can't lift them - oops! I'm coming up to half way along though - tomorrow when I do another panel I'll be over half way I think.
Hopefully it'll all be perfect for next summer! Lol we actually don't have any borders - we have a fence running down the back, two hedges either side (which are awful and made up of all sorts of greenery) and grass in the middle.Lol I might be able to keep on top of it for next year ha!

Well I'm getting desperate now for weddingy things to do so I've just written a list of places I need to inform of my change of name. Lol yep you guessed it - it's a spread sheet - company name, phone number, web address, membership numbers etc.
Can you think of any I've missed:
Passport
Driving Licence

Dentist
Opticians
Work
Pension company
Bank accounts
Credit cards
Mortgage,
Cash passport (Euro pre-paid mastercard)
House insurance

(Phone/Broadband & Milkman is in MrD's name)0 -
Oh Natlie sorry but I cant help but laugh, 2 things 1) at how organised you are and 2) that you need to inform Hotel Chocolat of your name change!!!:rotfl:
My list of names changes is fairly small
Driving licence- WHich I think I will send off the day after we get married so its back and waiting when I return from honeymoon!:D
Bank (only have accounts with one bank)
Gas and electric
Work (which I can do myself)
3 mobile
tesco clubcard
Doctors
Dentist

I will have to see what else is in my name, both water bills may be in my name, and maybe the council tax but thats it. Oh and maybe the house insurance
Oh will have to ring up about car insurance as thats in his name.
Hehe, facebook will be my first name change thing I reckon!
I wonder how many of things above will need to see the wedding certificate, I was going to order 2 extra before we get married so ill have 3 just incase any get lost by royal mail or myself and it would be easier and cheaper to order them beforehand than have to try and get one once Ive lost one!!0 -
Yea we're going to get 2 certificates - one that can be sent off to various companies and one that will stay at home under lock and key.
Lol the hotel chocolat is because I'm a member of their Tasting Club where they send you a box of choccies every 4 weeksmmm!
I'm organised cause I'm a control freak lol.0 -

It is 337 days, 5 hours, 59 minutes, 2 seconds till our wedding.0 -
In terms of our budget - When I first started planning I think I said I wanted to get everything under £2500, but this slowly increased up to around £3500 when I took into account that I wanted a stupidly priced wedding dress, and other bits increased like the number of bottles of wine I needed to get. Anyway I have just had a look at what we've spent so far and what we've got left to buy and I think, with the help of my mum buying most of my dress, and MrD's mum buying his suit, we will come under £2500.
(Orange = on budget, Red = overspent, Green = underspent)

Total spent so far: £398.67. Left in budget: £1397.25
In all of this I have included things that I have bought as a result of getting married that I wouldn't have bought other wise. For example under the invites I included the cost of my A3 cutting mat and craft knives. I haven't included things I've bought to use on the day but that I'm using before that as well. For example my foundation - have been wearing that since I got it!
Grand Total spend: £1097.83. Left in budget: £1397.25
Total Potential Cost of Wedding: £2498.05!0 -

hey guys, you all seemed to have done quite a lot within the last few weeks.
The only thing that we have attempted to organise is the honeymoon. We have come to a compromise of going to Berlin for 2 nights/3 days after the wedding and leaving the baby with my parents. I didn't want to leave the baby for longer and my OH wanted to actually be able to go out and do things, hence the compromise. When the baby is older we can then do a longer honeymoon.
Have my scan tom so excited xx0
