Oh and I've just got my hair booked in for two days before I go dress shopping with my mum so it can be as red and vibrant as possible (I did enquire about next year - but their books don't go that far ahead yet - lol far too eager!)

Ah all this talk of hair makes me wish mine would grow a lot quicker, been growing it for 6 months and it now just seems to be getting thicker rather than longer! And MrsD I think that hairstyle is awesome (I need to keep up with this thread a whole lot more then I currently am!)


I am liking the idea of assigning someone to go round the room with the guest book - I think I might have to steal that one!

Lol yes this is one of the busiest month threads on here - far too much chit chat lol - NOT that I'm complaining as I'm a big culprit myself haha :rotfl:

During our aftershow party I plan on going round with our camera and taking a few photos of all our guests A few posed and a few non-posed looking their worst kinda shots lol. I was thinking last night I can't wait to get my dress - then I can take photos of: my bouquet held up against my dress, and my bracelet hanging on my arm beside my dress. :T lol. Can't believe so much is resting on finding the dress. I better bloody find one on the 30th July else I'm going to cry!! (8 weeks 1 day to go!)

Right lunch time me thinks. (Can't believe today is the last day of this holiday - weekends don't count cause MrD is home then). Eeeeek nearly one more holiday down... then it's only 6 more holidays to get everything done in!!

Oh I think your new idea of the hen do sounds just as good, and at least you wont have to worry too much about your hair colour running. It may be worth you looking on groupon closer to the time as you can ger some fab beauty deals on there.

Judobird- I have the opposite problem, my hair grows so quickly, and because its so thick as the layers get longer they dont sit right!!

Natalie- I think we have to confess to being the worst culprits on here!!:rotfl:I just love talking wedding and know that I cant talk wedding as much as I want on here!!

And what's worse is everytime I hear my email 'bing' to tell me I have new mail I'm straight there seeing if it's any of you guys writing on here :rotfl:...

I think August will be fine as ill be on honeymoon for half of it then just sorting things out, writing and sending thank you cards, sorting out photos etc, it will be Sept 2012 onwards I think that will be difficult.

hehe, I'm loving reading your posts. Fitting them in whilst trying to type up minutes from meetings - I hate being the secretary to the number of committees my department has. It'll be getting busy workwise soon again when my academics start sending me marks to input onto student records so that the third years can graduate this year.

Only 7 weeks til I'm off to Sweden with the Scouts, spending the weekend before in Cophenhagen with H2B, and will be abandoning him at the airport whilst I get transport to the camp site where I'll be spending two weeks of my summer hols doing, I don't know what!

Nah 3yr years don't need to graduate - reading and joining us on here is far more important .
Well I officially have nothing left to organise until I've chosen my wedding dress... so in theory I should be quieter on here... lol but I doubt that is going to happen!!

Michelle - that sounds really fun - well the weekend away with your OH before does!! Lol. Can't believe the summer holidays are only 7 weeks away - yaaaaaaaaaay!! I'm spending the first week at my friends near Brighton - we're doing a race for life together (southhampton/portsmouth can't remember which). Then I'll be back for MrD's birthday - 27th July - OMG I will have to sort him something for 2012 so I don't get too wedding obsessed and forget about him!! (We've decided this year we're not having birthdays/christmases instead we're getting ourselves an iMac). Then on the 28th I'm getting my hair done, then on the 30th I'm off dress shopping!! Yaaaaaay!! Hope the next 7 weeks go quick at work!!

Our Dj is costing us £150 and is one recommended by the venue and seems really good.

Today I went and had a look at flowers with my Mum. I want a rose posy, but she is trying to get me to have a shower boquet as everyone has rose posies according to her. She is driving me mad.

On a good front I am having a relaxing week with no uni work to do as finished for the summer. Did not realise how stressed I was. Just waiting for my exam results.

Sorry if I don't comment on everything but we are a very chatty bunch and I get lost where I need to start from.
