See above post, I'm not having much luck!!! Tho on the P and O website I can just book normally for the times we want for 5 of us for £78 so I reckon I'm just gonna go with that.
do juggle them time as they make ahuge difference to the costings0 -
Hello, i have booked the Vendee Clarys Plage site and am so excited what a bargain as we usually go to France with Eurocamp.
Has anyone been to this site?
We haven't used the sun hols for Europe before are the caravans the sites own or do you go with an operator like Eurocamp/Keycamp.
Thanks:beer:0 -

We've been on Sun hols to France a few times now & every time it has been with Eurocamp - you get treated in exactly the same way as those who booked direct.
This time we are at a site that Eurocamp don't do - it's a Yelloh! site, so not sure if we will be handled by them or a smaller operator onsite.:A0 -

When we booked our trip, we added the ferry on during the booking to get the discounted rate. Not sure how you do it seperately - with postal bookings I think they send you a discount code?:A0 -

don't know when you're going but have you looked at Norfolk line crossing to Dunkque (sp?) we've booked with them and got the ferry crossing for £54 return going Sat to Sat may half term!!! does mean we'll have slightly further to drive tho, but not huge amount.

Thanks for that, just checked out the website. They do some very cheap crossings but for the times we want they came up a bit more expensive. Did you get that price for daytime crossings?0 -

We're going to Port De Plaisance in Benodet. We did a Yelloh in the Languedoc (can't remember the name) in 2008 and that was one of the best sites we've been too, although that was through Eurocamp again. What are the Yelloh vans / chalets like? Had a quick look at the photos on the website, but its hard to figure out what they are like in reality!
The Eurocamp vans we've had over the years were all pretty good - certainly better than most UK vans (at the basic level you get with Sun hols).:A0 -

Depart: DOVER to DUNKERQUE 28/05/11 10:00
Return: DUNKERQUE to DOVER 04/06/11 14:01
So peak crossing really. But I did book back in Sept!!!
This isn't a sun holiday btw It a full priced one I booked, tho saying that I only paid £164 for the holiday so about the same as sun holiday!!! I then booked the ferry seperatly.0
